The place was clean, service was quick and simple; food was good. Their teamwork needs improvement though, including knowledge of menu items. Edit: Their overall service has definitely gotten better especially their teamwork customerservice. Thankfully wasn't disappointed 5 stars.

I had dinner at Shake Shack to try their new Double Cheeseburger Hot Ones edition. The sauce pairs beautifully with the burger and gives it a great kick! I really think it deserves a permanent spot on the menu! #hotones #thelastdab I also tried the new Pumpkin Patch Shake, which was fantastic—just right for the autumn season!

I had an outstanding dining experience with prompt service, even though I arrived just after a group of 20 high school boys. My order was taken and served within about 20 minutes. On a positive note, I've noticed a substantial improvement in their overall service, particularly in teamwork and customer interactions. Overall, I was very satisfied—5 stars!

We ordered a cheeseburger, fries, a chicken sandwich, two milkshakes, and chicken bites. Everything was fresh and cooked impeccably. I saw that there wasn't much of a wait at the drive-thru, though I haven't tried it myself, so I can't speak to that experience. There's no longer a need to head into the city—I'll definitely be coming back here to satisfy my Shake Shack cravings!

I ordered the Chocolate Churro Shake, and it was really delicious. The churro pieces remained firm while floating in the vanilla shake, and the chocolate syrup added a nice touch. I absolutely loved the whipped topping. Although it was a bit too sweet for my taste, I still enjoyed it. I usually prefer Shake Shack's chocolate shakes because they are less sweet. The shakes were incredible, as always. We sampled the triple chocolate shake and a delicious strawberry and chocolate mix. The spicy honey chicken sandwich was a real treat. As for the cheese and bacon fries, they were tasty, but honestly, they fell a bit short given their price; I was hoping for something more substantial. They could have definitely included more bacon. Unfortunately, the indoor dining area can only accommodate groups of four or smaller, which is quite disappointing, especially on days with inclement weather.

I've been ordering from this restaurant frequently through DoorDash, and while the burgers are absolutely fantastic, the fries leave a lot to be desired. I often encounter a frustrating 40-minute wait despite living just 10 minutes away. Although the burgers usually arrive warm, the fries are often cold by the time they get to me. More often than not, I find myself needing to reheat them. Additionally, many of the fries have brown or black spots, and some even show signs of green discoloration. It's disappointing to wait so long only to spend another 5 minutes reheating a side that I end up having to throw away half of. I generally prefer visit a place first before ordering from them but we ordered from here once and had no problem with the delivery including no missing items so we went by for lunch today. Thankfully, this location is nice, clean and organized andthe workers are all friendly! There surprisingly wasn't a line but I think that's because we went pretty early in the afternoon.There's an outside patio seating area where you can sit to enjoy the weather.
