Shari's Cafe And Pies

Food sucks, the new menu ruined everything about Shari's. Biscuits and gravy are nothing what they should be anymore and the staff has poor customer service skills.

We got a few slices of pie to go. It was good and the person who helped us out was very nice. We tried the Marionberry and the peanut butter pie. It was nothing special but worth trying out.

Definitely focused on the older demographic. Decent family oriented place with decent food and decent prices. Decent service too, but nothing exceptional and nothing beyond small-town mediocrity. View menu

Second and last time I will go to this location. Both times I was “greeted” by the same incredibly rude staff who needs to be taught some manners. I've worked with the public for my entire adult life and can say that I've never treated anyone like I was just treated.

Dude, this place is amazing. The night staff is like family they take such good care of you. Miranda and scout are so patient and kind and they make the whole restaurant a place I will keep coming back to as a regular. Even at 1am I have never got bad food. It was always hot and tasty.

I really wanted to rate higher, but the food was so bland I almost put half the salt shaker on my meal, and it still didn’t help. As a customer it's easy to identify employees that show up to work for a pay check. In theory, we all do! However, there are a few special people that, while earning a living, do more than their share to make someone feel special. Brie is on of these special few that go out of there way to make life more enjoyable. I would like to express my gratitude, appreciation and sincerity to her. It's clear to see why you are a chosen leader!

Ordered cinnamon french toast to go. Recieved it covered in whip cream even though it does not have any on the pictures or description online, making it jot edible for me. Item is not advertis3d as having whip cream, yet it did anyways. Been trying to call the store to get a refund/replacement for about 20 minutes straight and the phone just gets ignored, so now I have to take more time out of my day to go into the store in hopes to get this fixed.

I have been dining at Shari's for about 15 years, mostly on pie night, but since they re-opened after Covid, it has been more like 2—3 times a week, sometimes more (too lazy to cook for myself). Over the last month or so, things at Shari's has been changing, and not for the better.
