The service at the start was good, took order in timely fashion. Then it went downhill pretty quick. Was NOT told that the food would be at least an hour to arrive. Then changed to go. Was told that order had been started, which it hadn't. As well as taking well over an hour to prepare, they missed about half of the order. Very unhappy with this site. Doubtful I will go again.

I didn't actually get the chance to eat at this restaurant because the app wouldn't allow me to use a gift card that was already loaded onto my account. When I tried to place an order over the phone, I was told that they would only start preparing the meal once I arrived, as many customers had been calling in orders but not showing up. This defeat the purpose of calling ahead to order. I was surprised by how difficult it was to order a prepaid meal. It was almost unbelievable.
