"This used to be the best Sharks in Gary a few years ago. After my last visit I will not be back. For starters the young lady taking orders was completely UNPROFESSIONAL (no one made you work at Sharks why are you mad). Very rude, very ghetto, very unprofessional. Witness this this lady take 7 call in orders and told them all 15 minutes. How? I placed a call in order was told 15 minutes was more like 30 minutes. Now I know why. The quality of the chicken has gone down. All my wings had black bones (definite indicator of not so fresh meat) fries were soggy. It was busy but the lack of professionalism on the waitress and cook only made matters worse. The cook was just cooking he'd place orders on the table and leave them for the waitress to bag them instead of taking the extra 5 seconds to bag orders. Just chaos and confusion in the kitchen. Not too mention also felt like I might get robbed by one of the thugs waiting for food. I know this isnt the best area so when you do order you want to get in and out and not have to wait around. Won't be going back."

I highly recommend the fish sandwich (get it extra crispy), the Italian beef, and the chicken sandwich (also extra crispy). They also offer large catfish and shrimp.

Just terrible!!!! I watched the cook take a piece of food out of a customers plate eat it then wrap it back up nd serve it. All while there mice running around and the cooks arguing with the cashier while a customer is cursing her out it’s just terrible idk what else to say!!! Will never be back I’m gonna stick with my Jjs least I know my food will be fresh regardless of the wait time
