Best smoothies, juices, shakes, refreshing wraps I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend owner is the nicest lovely lady I’ve ever met!! Place is amazing, my every day $pot!!!

I ordered a to-go detox juice and what I received was disappointing. I'm puzzled how I ended up paying $7 for a cup of water with just a small amount of juice at the bottom.

We JUST ordered sandwiches one with chicken and one with turkey there was literally two thin slices of turkey and chicken was super thin dry. The 3 stars is only because fresh juice lemonades were delicious. But man, $10 sandwich and all I got was two slices of turkey? Not nice … I wanted to like this place. see picture. View menu

I used to be happy with their Acai bowls but quality AND quantity have diminished. Their fruit toppings are no longer fresh which makes a huge difference (I suspect they are freezing fruit then thawing), and I've gotten strawberries that are on the verge of rot. Not cool. Also they stopped filling the bowls to the top, I don't understand it.

The woman named Lauren was very rude for no apparent reason. She was a poor communicator and based on other reviews, seems to struggle with handling criticism. The bowls were decent but had too much water in them. I hope the owner can address her attitude and be more respectful towards guests so that I can continue to support this small business.

I recently moved to Glen Cove and was in search of a salad spot. I googled healthy food options and this place popped up. I decided to try it out and I absolutely loved it. I had the California salad and the Southern Salad. The woman working behind the counter was very friendly. It's a shame they close at 4pm, but it's understandable. I will definitely be coming back to stock up on my dinner before they close. It's worth it! View menu

Located downtown Glen Cove, it's in a tough location, I live in town and the only way I knew about it was through a friend. I never drive by or walk by it. The owner Lauren is very nice. I've only tired two things out of the menu. They have a lot of meat options not many vegetarian options or vegetarian proteins to put on salads or in paninis. When I go I typically order the Acai bowl but I create my own only granola, strawberries and bananas. I don't like to much stuff on it because I like to taste the acai. This place is very hit or miss. First time I ordered here for myself and a friend we had the “ California Wrap”and we raved about it. Couldn’t wait to get it again. But Next time it was terrible.!!There was Practically nothing in the wrap!There appears to be no consistency even if you’re ordering the exact same thing.The owner Lauren did give me a credit for my next wrap but only after She had me take a picture of the practically empty wrap and show it to her next time I went in. ! I appreciate very much that a place like this exists and has vegan options nearby my job, but a lot of the food was subpar for me. I ordered a California salad without chicken and asked for extra veggies (it comes with chickpeas, shredded carrots, avocado, tomatoes). The very small amount of avocado that was in the salad was mostly brown/black. That was super disappointing. I also got a grab and go vanilla blueberry cold oatmeal. It was very bland in my opinion.
