Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

One of my favorite places to visit when I'm in town is definitely worth checking out!

The chicken was tasty, but unfortunately, my chicken tender sandwich was overlooked, and I didn’t receive any compensation for it.

I just had a long day of flying home and hadn't eaten all day. I stopped by the Smithfield's in Fuquay-Varina and received excellent customer service. I ordered a barbecue sandwich with a wing and fries, and it was delicious! View menu

I had an amazing fast food experience! The staff was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderful. When our order arrived, the food was piping hot—so much so that we had to take small bites while letting it cool down. Great job, everyone!

Many coworkers rave about Smithfield?s. Tried it on the way to the beach and thought the BBQ sandwich was too dry and too lean. Maybe different experience if you dine in and can add some NC style BBQ sauce to it. Want given any in the drive through norketchup for fries, nor napkins. On the positive side my large sweet tea was huge and fries were a very large order.

The service was friendly, and our food arrived in a timely manner. Although I didn't specifically order the BBQ chicken plate, I was served a fried chicken plate instead. Nonetheless, it was delicious, alongside the Brunswick stew, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The pulled pork was tasty, but I found the packets of red sauce to be thinner and less flavorful than I prefer, which is just a matter of personal taste. View menu

Thank you for the great reviews, Smithfield's Chicken 'N BBQ! Everything I had today was really good: I enjoyed the BBQ sandwich with a side of slaw, which was quite tasty! The veggie plate this time was also pretty good, featuring baked beans, potato salad, and Brunswick stew. My regular drink of half tea and half lemonade was refreshing as well! The only major issue I've encountered repeatedly is with the chicken tender snack I've ordered online. For the last four times, it has been very dry.

Outstanding service! Mrs. Seabrooks truly deserves a raise and recognition! This is the best hospitality I’ve experienced in quite some time. She went above and beyond to make sure my aunt, who is visiting from Michigan and had never been to a Smithfield's before, felt welcomed. She not only walked her through all the available options but also let her sample a few side items so she could choose what she truly enjoyed. Mrs. Seabrooks provided special attention to her, just as she did with all her other customers, and everyone really appreciated it. Absolutely excellent!

Bought a shoulder, chicken and potato salad for my husband?s birthday party. It was costly and it was terrible! Pork shoulder was mostly fat and very over cooked. Additionally the potato salad was soup. We went back to speak to the manager, theyapologized and said they experience the same thing with their pork shoulders they use they are mostly fat. Sorry you had a badexperience. Offered to reimburse us for the potato salad. We were not interested in a refund. What we wanted was to be toldabout the pork shoulder ahead of time. If they know what they have is mostly fat then I would have just opted for chicken only. Just very disappointed It was awful and . No customer service. View menu
