"I've been Wister's BBQ client for almost 3 years since my job leads me weekly to Jersey, NY and Eastern PA. Believe me, if I say this is the best BBQ connection from all three states and I've tried dozens over the years. I usually eat a meat eater diet so I usually get the meat through the pound when I visit. The Brisket is an A and some of the best I ever had the pleasure of eating. I recommend cutting the fat. Your pork and chicken are also top notches. My wife really enjoys the Sloppy Mass Sandwich, Fried Pickles and Chicken and Cornbread Waffles. Your staff is very friendly and their service is also excellent. If you are ever in the Lansdale region, do yourself a favor and try this place!"

The brisket, ribs, and chicken are fantastic. I really enjoy the homemade chicken tenders too. But the highlight for me has to be the smoked wings that are grilled to perfection!

Online ordered for takeout and it was a smooth process. The order was waiting for a table for a contactless pick-up. The staff was friendly. The taste of the food was very good and so were the sauces. Had the bride, chicken, ribs and sausage. Everyone had great taste. My only disappointment was the portion size on the 2 meat plate. Would have paid more meat for the price.

However, the St. Louis ribs were a bit tough and could have benefitted from more cooking time, though they did make up for it in flavor and meatiness. The collard greens felt like an afterthought in the midst of such good BBQ; they were decent but could have been much better. Unfortunately, the Mac and cheese was quite disappointing—dry and bland, and not up to par. Despite a few shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely return for more delicious BBQ!
