Smoothie King - Menu

absolutely no taste in all 5 smoothies we ordered (all different) nothing quite like pay 7 dollar a cup for mixed ice!

1st time at this place. we love smoothie-king! we came after 19 o'clock at night, and it wasn't busy, but it took one because only two people worked.

O'Fallon Smoothie King is better, seems like they ratio ingredients better than this location.Drive through is often fairly rude, though most businesses in this area operate similarly.

Even with some technology problems, nothing could stop the excellent customer service. thanks, young man, that you are excellent! Saturday 6/11 afternoon. I didn't ask the name of the man.

Second time in two days. Ordered the same smoothie both days. Both times it's been made incorrectly. I don't have time to go through the drive thru again on my break. Probably won't be back. View menu

The smoothies were perfect quality but it took them 25 minutes to make them. There was not a single person who came into the store the entire time. We arrived at 8pm and didn’t get our smoothies until 8:25. The kids working we’re very kind but there is no reason it should have taken that long to make 3 smoothies.They also do not have an updated menu with the new orange smoothie options.

As much as I love Smoothie King, this location never fells... the disappointment. My vanilla hulk was so thick that I had to let it sit for a while to be able to use the straw. There were too many small ice chips so it wasnt blended well and last but not least something gooey was in it and I ended up throwing it away. It's always a hit and miss at this location and this will be my last miss unfortunately.

on 8/19 I sat in the drive-thru window waiting for 7 minutes until someone took my order take several cars went straight through the line that I had to say after the seven minutes hallo before someone asked me if I didn't just help, my order was wrong, the young blonde in the window was very rough and rude and rudely unnecessary to say that is different than smoothie king fairview heights! we felt like our business was not desired or felt welcome to this place.
