"(Starting with the good part) The pizza quality is great. However, customer service is everything and the employees at this location are horribly picked. The are ever changing and they could careless about the customer. My family and I have been to this location a handful of times and each time we aren’t greeted upon walking in, we aren’t asked what we want on our pizza(we are just stared at until we guide them). It’s very weird, the whole experience. Also, I have a gluten sensitivity and they state there is a risk for cross contamination, which is understandable, but they don’t even clean their tools to cut the pizza with after using it for regular crust before cutting my gluten free crust. Not much thought about making the customer feel welcomed."

The cauliflower crust is fantastic. I don't usually get cheese on my pizza because the toppings are already so delicious.

The restaurant is amazing and the service is fantastic. One of the workers, Jade, is the sweetest and most polite young woman I have ever encountered while placing an order. I highly recommend trying all of their fantastic food options.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the kale chicken salad and the tomatoes were not very fresh. I wished it came with more dressing, but the salad was delicious. I also ordered the sweet and slow pizza, which was also delicious. View menu

They can’t make salads here, only stick with their pizza. Anything outside their pizza just taste like a cheap and skimpy shoprite salad kit. Whoever just made my salad, I ordered the “kickn chicken” your better off working at a gas station not with food. Thank you.

The hot sauce is so spicy that it overpowers the taste of anything else; if you want some heat, ask for it on the side and not on the pizza. The vegetable toppings are minimal, with just a few mushrooms scattered on the whole pizza. However, there is plenty of fresh greens. The cheese is also fresh, which is a plus.

Pizzas are pretty good. However I rarely go as often anymore because my fav employee (Rick) isn't there anymore. I explained my food allergies to him and he always took time and care that there was no cross contamination. The other employees are nice....but i have to make sure my day is clear afterwards just incase I have an allergic reaction. View menu

I first ordered a custom pizza and was not disappointed as I enjoyed my delicious pizza totally. I could taste the garlic, fresh mozzarella and the san Marzano sauce. Now I know that none of the pizza shops in my opposite san Marzano sauce are using because there is a big difference. the only problem was that I ordered a zero-calorie tea and got a sweet tee.

This place is a nice size. But the cleanliness is not there. No one wipes the tables off or cleans the floor hardly ever. The manager had hair on his shirt which could have gotten in the food easily. The manager also was on his phone while working with the pizzas. A definite no no, you do not touch your phone while dealing with food. Also, no gloves so this place gets no love. The pizza was goo however.

"We each started with a slice, which arrived quickly and hot—just how it should be. After our first bites, we exchanged approving nods. Unlike many other pizza places in Philadelphia and its suburbs that tend to overdo the cheese, leading to it sliding off with a single bite, that isn’t the case at Bruno's! Another highlight is the pizza sauce—it’s robust, sweet, and hints at herbs and spices, just as good pizza sauce should be. Overall, the pizza strikes the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and a crust that’s both crispy and chewy—truly pizza perfection. Next, we tried their cheesesteak with American cheese and onions. They use fresh rolls that are soft yet remarkably hold all the meat and cheese together, making for a fantastic cheesesteak. What sets Bruno's cheesesteak apart is that they season their meat, offering a flavor profile that’s much richer than the typical, dry meat and cheese you find at many other places. The combination of the seasoned meat, onions, and cheese in that soft roll makes this one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had in Philadelphia. I’ve been to all the popular spots: Steve's Prince of Steaks, Geno's, Pat's, Jim's on South St., and Dalessandro's Steaks, and I can confidently say you need to try a cheesesteak from Bruno's to understand what I mean. To finish our meal, we ordered chicken wings. They are breaded and fried in the style that many of us Philadelphians grew up enjoying from local seafood places and pizzerias. The wings were cooked perfectly, and that first bite into the crispy breading had me hooked. I read some reviews claiming the chicken was undercooked, but I would have to disagree. It’s possible for properly cooked chicken to look red or even bleed at the thigh bone due to pigments from the bone marrow seeping through the thin bones of these young birds, causing a slight tint. I recommend enjoying a slice while waiting for your pizza to be ready. If you’re in the area, this is the place to visit! Pro tip: reheat your pizza on the stove to regain that fresh-from-the-oven taste and texture. Avoid microwaving your leftovers—don’t be an amateur!"
