"Haven?t been in over a year because of an obscenely bad prior experience with rude and petty staff, and went tonight because my mom and daughter wanted to try a holiday flavor. We pulled up well before closing and a worker tells us they?re cutting off theline. Went back and forth for a bit before a manager came and told us the same. He eventually agrees to take the order after wementioned their listed hours of operation along with what time we?d arrived. Asked the girl if she could make sure the holidaysnowballs were the ones with the ice cream (there were two types) and she rolled her eyes and tells us ?I don?t know. There?stwo.? And as my mom is asking if she can make sure if they?re the ones with ice cream, she just walked away and ignored us. Whenwe get up to the window to pay, they only had taken half of the order. Once we got everything and paid, the manager asks if wehave Google. Odd, but yeah. We do. Why? He tells us ?When you get home, leave us a Google review that sno-ball took care ofyou.? I?m baffled at how tone-deaf these people are. Overall, I know I can rely on two things here. Terrible service andshameless pandering. Good thing there?s a better alternative just down the street."

Love their main course, and that is no other than their syrups. We had family from Yuma,Az, and they fell in love with these raspas. They wished they had a place like this at home. That's because they are made with the best ice and very rich flavored syrups.Food: 5/5

Really a 3.5 rating, but my rating may already be biased since I'm really not a sno cone person. The real hype are the flavors from spicy to sweet. I however was neither here or there with the experience. Ice cream would have been my preference. GratefulI went but... wasn't overwhelmed. It is very popular so to each their own. View menu

The past couple of times I have gone to sno ball off Saratoga. the nachos chips were stell, and the syrup for the snow cone was watered down had a chemical taste to the snow cone. It was not worth the money I paid for. They never have candy apples with chili. (Dressed . This place is going down hill. ATTN: Owner's. Please be aware of what your employees are doing to your business.

I have never had a bad experience at Snowball Too except for my last trip. There were no lids on the four snowballs and the two hot dogs were cold. When I called to report my issues, I was told that I needed to indicate lids in special instructions which I had. Was told they would redo the entire order if I could come back the same day. What difference would it make when the redo could be done.
