"We walked up to the patio to place our order and pressed the red button, which the screen confirmed. Another customer arrived behind us and chose to order at a different stall; he received his food before we had our order taken. Concerned, I approached an employee who was outside to ask about the delay, but he informed me that he was off the clock and that it wasn't his responsibility. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I've ever received at any fast food restaurant. It shouldn't matter that the employee was off-duty; as a representative of Sonic in uniform, he could have at least assisted me or found someone who could. Then Sheila came out and rudely demanded my payment after I kindly asked her to wait. Initially, I was told I hadn't pressed the button correctly, then that the red light didn't activate, and finally that they were short-staffed. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, they merely offered excuses and tried to place the blame on me. I have also forwarded a copy of this review to Sonic's corporate offices. It's fast food. Sometimes waitstaff is friendly, and sometimes not so much. Sonic is one of my favorite fast-food places to eat when I get fast food. Overall, if you're in a hurry or have time to wait, it's still better than McDonald's across the road!

Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the sandwiches and Chili Cheese Tots. management and personal have a higher integrity than some other sonics. the service is fast and the order is always correct. they're all kind here. they also have instructions on how to do the secretly maneuver correctly where the outside area is. much appreciated for displaying security here. thanks! always back when in the opposite.
