"As for the decor, it definitely has an anime vibe. I don’t mind it—who doesn’t enjoy Pikachu lounging next to Godzilla? The Aggretsuko poster next to the Ghibli ones was a nice touch, but I did notice that One Piece is everywhere. Now, regarding the food: the tiger roll was pretty uninspiring and lacked flavor. The spicy tuna on top of the rolls looked poorly sliced. However, the veggie miso was quite good—even if the tofu was still cold in the broth and didn’t soak up the flavors like I've experienced in other places. The broth itself was decent and not overly salty, which was a relief to avoid a headache. The veggie rolls were underwhelming, reminiscent of something you might find in a frozen food section. I found it amusing that water was served in red Solo cups, fitting the overall vibe of the place. However, the cushioned seats could really use some replacement given their rips and tears. Also, the guy who was working that night never brought me my Thai tea after I ordered it through the Yelp app, which was a letdown. Overall, we decided to try this place since we didn’t want to drive down to Spring Mountain, but it’ll likely be a one-time visit for us."

I really love the atmosphere and the food. I really recommend the tonkotsu shoyu ramen!

Very delicious ramen. Portions are generous. Small cozy atmosphere with lots of cute decoration.

I tried the Tonkotsu ramen, and I found the noodles to be a bit soggy. The broth reminded me of Maruchan instant ramen. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my meal.

Had a great dinner with me friends. Very friendly and talkative staff that don’t mind cracking some jokes. Definitely one of my favorite ramen shops now. Will be back View menu

The black garlic ramen is exceptionally tasty! The staff are very welcoming. The chicken yakisoba is equally delicious! The atmosphere is ideal for anime fans as well!

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, and the staff was very kind and accommodating, allowing me to dine in. I ordered over $30 worth of food. The Cajun fries were delicious, and the sushi was decent. However, the ramen was served lukewarm. I ate what I could and took the rest to go. Overall, the ramen is always good.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Where to start- it’s a small location, but everyone is very attentive. The food is served within minutes of you sitting down and is FULL of flavor. The artwork on the walls is super fun. It’s very reasonably priced. It’s just awesome! A must try for ramen lovers!(Curry ramen wasn’t listed as a recommendation, but it was yummy too)

This was our first visit, and we had a great experience. The service was commendable, especially with just one waitress handling everything; she made sure to check on us regularly despite the restaurant being busy. Although it’s a small establishment, they managed to accommodate our party of five comfortably. The ramen was fantastic, but the sushi didn't quite meet our expectations. The ramen offered various spice levels, and our waitress allowed us to sample the "Oh My God" spice level. It was tasty, but incredibly spicy to the point of overshadowing the flavor of the ramen. Luckily, we got to try it before ordering. I would definitely return for the ramen and Thai tea.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
