I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is fantastic, and the food and drinks are excellent.

Fantastic location! The staff here are friendly and quick. Even though it's quite busy, they really manage to move the line along efficiently.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service! I visited on Veterans Day, and the barista noticed my navy shirt and informed me about the complimentary coffee they were offering. It was very helpful! View menu

Got to my destination kinda early. When coming from the west side, you have to give yourself at least a hour half of travel time. Looked up coffee shops and most of them were closed. It's nice to know Starbucks opens at 4:30am

One of my FAVORITE Starbucks on island. I stop by nearly every morning before work and regardless of how busy, hectic and chaotic the environment, I am ALWAYS greeted welcome and good morning. The baristas are all personable and friendly.

Because of BOGO today, they were really slammed. Slightly confusing line, both for ordering and mobile pickup, due to the pandemic. This is one of the Starbucks that I go to. The baristas never lose their cool and are consistently nice smiling. View menu

I wish I had said something before I left, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait. This was before I even took a sip of my drink. I ordered a venti with five extra pumps of flavor, but they took forever to prepare it! Make sure to double-check your drink before you leave, especially since Starbucks is quite pricey!

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and waited 20 minutes for a latte after placing my order. I thought it was just an isolated incident, so I decided to give it another try. This time, I waited 25 minutes for my latte. On both occasions, there was one man at the register who wasn’t assisting anyone—he just stood there even when there were no customers in line. At the same time, two employees were busy making drinks, while another staff member stood off to the side doing nothing.

The checkout here was great and friendly. Very accurate when I order and pleasant. I could see that the Baristas were very busy with mobile orders and orders from the counter. Unfortunately, this time they could not correct my order. They missed the lemonade and I didn't feel like interrupting their river. All employees are nice and have a great sense of urgency. I feel they could take a little more time to check the drinks and it only takes a few seconds. Unfortunately, this costs them a 5-star rating.
