"I think I 'm officially done coming here after this morning 's chaos. I 've started coming here for a month now because it 's the closest Starbucks to my new job and it 's on the way. Today I had a simple order hot chocolate with whipped cream and a toasted bagel. I got there 10mins after I placed the order (I order while I 'm in Walnut Creek bc they do take longer) and my hot cocoa was ready. I waited around another 5mins for my bagel and finally asked if I could just get it cold. By the way the employee looked for it, looks like it wasn 't going to be ready for a while. Another customer had actually walked out upset when I got in and said forget my bagel . When I got to the car, I noticed my hot cocoa didn 't have whipped cream even though I requested extra. These are very small, simple mistakes, but when they happen consistently, it gets annoying. Looks like I 'll be going to the other Starbucks farther out with a drive thru from now on."

This Starbucks is like many others, but I’ve noticed that it takes about 10 minutes for them to prepare my latte, even when there’s no one in line ahead of me. It's just a simple latte. I’d rather not leave a negative review, but the service here is oddly slow.

I know its not for everyone. I just am disgusted when people bring dogs into a restaurant or coffee shop. Anywhere that prepares food. The staff was fine, not friendly or open, not rude or anything. Just more ehh I'm here I'm doing my job. I have nocomplaints about that either. I felt that to my soul that day. The dog inside, I just absolutely despise. It ruined my foodknowing it was inside and the food was prepared right there. I opted not to eat or drink after that. Plus the lady couldn't evenhold a leash for a 5 pound dog and it kept running to me. I am an animal lover but time and place. Place outside and time not onmy break to deal with someone else's dog.
