"I have to say that the coffee and drinks at this restaurant were quite good, definitely better than their typical offerings. The baked goods and desserts were my favorites. One small issue was that the eggs in the fegefeuer dish were a bit undercooked. The interior of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although the gift shop is expensive, the items are really nice. It's worth noting that there is usually a long line, so I recommend arriving as early as possible when it opens. My group arrived 30 minutes after opening and there was already a considerable wait. Unfortunately, some sections of the menu were not available, which was disappointing."

This is not Starbucks. They do not have any selection of normal drinks. Cool atmosphere but nothing else. The drinks were bland and boring, the people are nice but it is not Starbucks that so many Americans enjoy.

one of the coolest places I was, definitely worth a visit. a thing that turned out is how friendly the staff was and how excited everyone was to talk to us about what they did. it is very refreshing to see the workers so enthusiastic what they do.

My girls are both Starbucks fans. They loved seeing the big Starbucks. I'm sure it's a dream for coffee drinkers. We enjoyed some delicious and expensive pastries. I did like how they thoroughly checked vaccine cards. They also seemed to not let too many people in at once. We were able to grab a table even though it was busy.

I am thrilled to live in Chicago, home to the largest roastery in the world! The roastery is absolutely stunning, with four different levels offering a variety of options. There was a line to get in, with vaccination cards required due to the pandemic. While prices may be higher than your average coffee shop, the experience at this roastery is well worth it. Finally made it to the Reserve Roastery OMG!!! It was fabulous, spent 2+hrs on the 4th fl and tried several drinks. Whiskey Aged Cold Brew was Awesome... bought a bag and a cold brew system to make at home. The other floors had pasteries, sandwiches and swag that I've never seen before. This is a must stop for any coffee lover, especially those that drink Starbucks

What a unique experience! This is the largest Starbucks in the World and it is a totally difference experience than any other Starbucks location I've ever been. There are 4 floors, and lots of sitting area. Worth a visit just to see what a Reserve Roastery looks like. Pro Tip: This place gets packed on the weekends (with lines), so if you can, come during the week.

It’s a Starbucks Reserve Roastery. If you’re a coffee-lover, it is worth the visit. A great way to start your day or kick back and relax after sightseeing. The food is good, and everything around you is artistically pleasing. I enjoyed the bar and trying different cocktails. My girlfriend and I easily spend over 3 hours in a single visit at any of their Roastery locations. View menu

For any coffee aficionado, this is a must-stop. It’s like a coffee wonderland, with 4 floors of coffee and food options not found in regular Starbucks stores, all I n a uniquely impressive space. As you enter and take the curved escalator upstairs, you know you’re in for something special. If you’re not in a hurry, try a coffee flight, grab a seat by the fireplace, and enjoy.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The ambiance is lovely, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the drinks were delicious, as anticipated. The pastries were a pleasant surprise. We tried a variety of drinks and pastries, but my absolute favorite was the chocolate croissant. It had a crispy exterior and a rich, chocolate-filled interior with delicate layers. It was hands down the best croissant I have ever tasted.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
