"I had a really unpleasant experience at another restaurant yesterday where the employee was unfriendly and made a racist comment. He didn’t say a word to me the entire time and then whispered something offensive under his breath. After driving an extra ten minutes to Subway, I was welcomed by a very friendly lady who was incredibly attentive. I had several specific requests, like wanting certain vegetables roasted before others, and she was more than happy to accommodate me! The woman working during the opening shift on 04/29/22 truly deserves a raise or promotion. Plus, I appreciated that they use paper bags instead of plastic. Small changes like this really make a difference. This place is definitely doing things right!"

I come here often and order the spicy Italian, the staff are super friendly and helpful when I ask them for recommendations on sauses and stuff, I also just hang out in the building to take a brake after skateboarding or running and thier cool with it????

Was so amazing! the service was so fast Colton, the work there was super patient with me a crazy uncertainty. But was very attentive and suggestive and helped me to get the chicken bacon ranch that was so delicious that I have to go back tomorrow and get another. Anyone who loves sandwiches, I recommend you to Subway from Glendale and 16. to come and get a sandwich made by Colton, he is a hell of a sandwich artist thanks to Colton and the subway staff in Subway of 16. and Glendale for a phenomenal sandwich View menu

Subway is pretty consistent across locations, but this one really impressed me when I needed trays for a baby shower. They were out of mustard packets, so they filled thirty small containers instead. Each item was carefully wrapped, labeled, and beautifully packed in a large Subway bag. I placed my order online and added another item at the last minute, but everything was prepared on time and delivered with a smile. I work at a church that orders food for various events, and from now on, this will be our go-to spot.

Subway is Subway, they're pretty much all the same but when I needed platters for a baby shower this location really came through. They ran out of mustard packages, so they filled thirty little mustard cups for our order. Every item was meticulouslywrapped and labeled and nicely packed in a large subway bag. I drove an extra ten minutes to this locationinstead, and the lady working was so personable and sweet.
