"Before visiting this restaurant, I wasn't a fan of sashimi. However, after experiencing the fresh, exquisitely presented seafood here, my perspective has completely changed. Matsuri has set such a high standard that I find it difficult to go elsewhere now. The sushi rolls are also outstanding, with a menu that includes both traditional options and unique house specialties. For appetizers, I highly recommend the sautéed spinach or the fried tofu in a flavorful broth. The service is consistently excellent, and the chilled beer mugs are a perfect touch."
