Taco Bell - Menu

Made our purchase and ate inside. Staff was friendly, Food was delicious and the place was clean. Overall, a great experience! 5 stars!

Avoid this place if you have time constraints. They stranded us in the small parking lot and made us wait for 45 minutes. Incompetent service.

This fast food restaurant in the 937 area is the worst. I have visited multiple times and each time, I am either missing items from my order or the items I do receive are prepared incorrectly. View menu

Staff is rude to customers and the full menu is not on the tablets they try to force you to use. Seems like an unnecessary situation due to bad programming. Why make the experience so awful for people not in the drive thru?

Specifically a young woman from the 2101 East Dorothy Lane kettering location gives more than 100%. This was my second encounter and I will go to this location because of her professionalism and kind demeanor. Much respect.

Last several times I have been at this location the consistency and quality never match the price. Literally just got home and i open my cheesy gordita crunch and my taco is all smashed into pieces. Does anyone have the number to the district manager? View menu

Just curious if any of the employees here can actually read. I've placed several mobile orders at this location and they have always been wrong. It happened again today. Shame on me, I guess, for continuing to order food from here. But seriously, how hard is it to read a mobile order and get it right?

Food was preordered specially ordered. Not on the main menu. It was really good. That being said I thought it would be ready sooner than it was. It took probably 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru. Service was okay. Like I asked for a couple of things on the side, (that didn't happen at all), then there was an item or 2 missing. Bummer since I did pay extra for them. As far as atmosphere? I'm not sure exactly what kind of atmosphere one expects thru the drive thru of a taco bell ? It was quite costly for taco bell when it was all totalled. $25-30 for 5 items with what I wanted on them. Rather expensive!

I cannot believe how rude the staff is here, including the management. It is ridiculous I’ve made countless online orders and everytime I am missing multiple items and my food is cold. I ordered a crunch wrap and a spent almost 8 dollars on it for it to come with no beef, I was also missing my large drink. I just tried to give them another chance and ordered again and they forgot the drink again. That’s now at least 15 dollars worth of food that I ordered that this store missed.When I called to try to be refunded for what my order was missing they had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.0/10 never ordering again.
