"The food at this restaurant is served quickly, but it is not always accurate. More often than not, there is something wrong or missing from our order. We have learned to carefully inspect our food before leaving. Some of the issues we have encountered include tacos without meat, being charged for supreme tacos but receiving regular ones, chicken quesadillas with no chicken, nacho bell grandes missing refried beans, bean and cheese burritos without beans (and sometimes even missing cheese), and hard taco shells that are incomplete (how can you make a taco with only half of the shell?!). Sometimes, items are also missing from our order. Despite these numerous issues, we continue to dine here because of convenience and our reluctance to make the drive to Anchorage for Taco Bell."

Again I am not going to review the menu. If you have been alive since the Seventies in the US you have probably eaten here. I am going to say the service was good and my food was fine. Main problem is the portion sizes, they have definitely gotten smaller over the past year or so.

3 stars because it is almost food in the average. a night in the night, eating seemed cold and stale. the other day visit the special request for no sauce was not a cheese taken up, but not fulfilled, and we did not know that we were to eat home. friendly and quick customer service always!

Pulled in with a large trailer to go in and get a bite to eat only to find out the dining room is closed. This is happening at most taco bell locations and only taco bell is doing this. You should probably have a walk up window so those in large vehiclescan get food as well. You are losing a lot of business View menu

Waiting forever plus order is wrong again. Every time I hold up the line and check my order I feel like I'm being rude, but every single time I don't check there are missing items or someone else's order. To make things worse, the line is always sobacked up you don't dare want to get your missing item or corrected item. Then just now I check my Mexican pizza and there'shardly any toppings. So I've got a missing item and other things that are made terribly. Posting this review in the hopes thateventually they get things figured out in there.

Not sure why I go there, but this is the worst Tavo Bell in the state. Everything they forget something. Not just food, straws, condiments, etc.. I went today, I got 3 taco and a drink. Simple right? They asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said yes please. Whyask? Then as I am headed to Wasilla, I went for the drink. Sorry no straw. Not a big deal if it weren't a frozen drink. And tomake matters worse if I were to catch I before I left the parking lot. I would have to get back in line and wait, because thedining room is still closed! Check your apps online and maybe you could hire some people!
