"I placed an order at 7:15 and and didn?t receive my order until 9:35. When my pizza arrived tonight the pizza was cold. The bottom of the pizza boxes were wet and peeling from the condensation from them sitting in the bag too long. When the driverarrived he told me the kitchen was off tonight and as soon as it was ready he brought it to me. Very dissatisfied and willprobably never order again. Btw the pizza was disgusting and inedible!"

Excellent pizza, as always! My only complaint is the price of the salad. I really enjoy the house-made dressings and the variety of vegetables offered, but I can't personally justify the cost. On the other hand, the pizza is fantastic—I’ve had enough to last me for two days!

The points system is fantastic! The extra thick crust is amazing, and the sauce is delightful. While I haven't sampled all the bread puddings yet, the ones I have tried are incredible. Starting to think the bad reviews are left by nothing but Karen's because I was all around pleased with my experience today. My toddler daughter and I dined in and our wait time was reasonable, our waitress was polite, friendly, and regularly checked in with us to make sure we were OK. The pizza tastes amazing. I just wish they had a lunch buffet of pizza...seems like Alaska doesn't want those around anymore
