"So I ordered the meal with two hard shell tacos and a large ole, I asked for only meat and the shell nothing on it she clarified it with me. I get home which is only about 7 blocks away and they had mild sauce and everything else on it. But that's not what upset me the most because accidents happen. The meat was ice cold not even the slightest bit warm, same with my husband's burrito he just didn't want to complain. I called and said that the meat was freezing and the lady was really rude to me and said ummmm no it's not we cook it to 185 degrees and I Said I'm aware of what it's supposed to be at she then said it was cooler because of the sauce and I Said I'm also aware of that I worked at taco bell but the meat is still warm not ice cold! She wrote my name down for 2 replacement tacos and I went the other day and they said they don't even have anything what a waste of almost 30 dollars I spent that night!"

I went threw drive thru they messed up so I ended up going in while waiting at the counter for them to make my food I noticed a fan blowing towards the food it had caked on dust it was so gross I wouldn't want that blowing in my food. View menu

I found a gray hair in my taco, and the meat filling was runny. There was hardly any cheese on the tacos. The Chicken Boss bowl was quite small, had the wrong type of rice, barely any pico de gallo, and was loaded with orange sauce. I won't be making the mistake of stopping here again.

The restaurant seems to be staffed by inexperienced young people who lack the skills needed to manage the establishment or prepare food properly. For the past year, the meals have consistently been soggy and cold. Additionally, the hard taco shells are always broken. Having worked in fast food myself, I know it’s not difficult to produce quality food with the right techniques and ingredients. There's no excuse for serving soggy food nearly every time.
