"Sadly it seems like in the last year i’ve been coming to this location it’s gone down hill. I know it’s understaffed and the employees are overworked, but that doesn’t make for rude and poorly handled customer service. I’ve been told refunds don’t happen and never received coupons that have been offered. There “freshly” dipped potato oles came out burnt and the manager could not understand how or why. Nor said person bother to actually listen to understand why or how. Furthermore even when busy when a genuinely sweet elder gets in front of you and ask what does the number of a meal consist of and you undermine her like she should know instead of kindly explaining because you’re having a bad day is simply wrong. Again i do get they are short staff but this location has seriously gone under."

Horrible tacos! Pretty bad when you can't get a taco right. Tasted like greasy chipotle, even though ordered simple basic beef tacos. Never going back here again!

in the rule they have an excellent experience in this taco johns, but at this occasion I was not impressed. admitted, it was late in the night, but that is what happens to kartoffeln maultiere. just rough!

I always loved TJs as a kids. It's a shame how awful they've truly become. Idk what they need to start paying for decent employees that can actually listen to you and get your order correct but they need to figure it out. There is no reason in the world I should order 1 combo meal and receive the wrong order, completely asinine.

the lines moved fast, casser was patient while I realized what I wanted. they suggested the new queen I tried. only the complaint is the kartoffels tasted as if they were either old or fried in old fat, that was definitiw disappointing, since that was the main reason why I ordered them nacho cheese, but I could not even finish the olés due to the subnormal taste. I don't like the deceptive pricing on their menu. They list a number 2 combo as $7.59. At every other fast food place a combo implies you also get a side and a drink included in the combo price. Not here apparently. They charge you additionally for the potatoes and the drink, they just don't tell you that when you order. Then you check the receipt and see the extra charges. So instead of $7.59 it's actually $8.27 before tax. It's scummy

Tried working here only lasted about a week. Was doing what I was asked to do then got yelled at for doing what I was asked to do at 5:30 in the morning when the other person was late so we get ridiculed because the jobs not done properly. It costs 0.00 to be nice to someone and to understand that they have a disability. I would go somewhere else and save your money food wise. Night staff never did there job either so idk how they still have there job. Just glad I realized it and walked out before it got to bad. ty for wasting my time.
