"Their vegan ramen was so good! And then I found out the fried tofu that comes in the vegan ramen is fried in pig fat with the meat : not vegan! I was so disappointed! Especially since the first time I had the vegan ramen no one told me that the fried tofu was not vegan. And the steamed tofu is definitely not as good! Overall I'm not a fan of steamed tofu. It's not as flavorful. If you like steamed tofu, you may like it in the ramen. Besides this, the vegan ramen is great. The broth is really flavorful, and the spinach noodles are delicious."

The ramen was delicious. We had the ramen with the Tonkotsu broth. The noodles were so good. We loved the broth with the garlic.

we were looking for vegan lunch while buying a car and found tajima ramen bar. beautiful atmosphere, great prices and the vegan smokers are excellent! definitely worth the visit!

Great staff and setup. Ordering was a little clunky, and the broth had a very strong flour or cornstarch taste that was a little off putting. Would certainly give it another try though. Pretty cool little place!

I enjoyed being able to have delicious ramen without pork broth. The restaurant also offers vegan appetizers like seaweed salad and garlic edemame. I visited the chain location of Tajima Ramen at 4681 Convoy St, San Diego, CA 92111.

fantastic riddle business, great place to go when they are looking for an authentic Japanese kitchen. maybe 5 minutes up for our eating so super fast service. went during the happy hour with my wife and ended with the karaage, gyoza and spicy sesame ramen. ramen had super good broth, big boars, and it was loaded with blows. the gyoza was perfectly cooked. karaage was some of the best I had in a long time. would have eaten again.
