"this place is not a din in, the prices are far too high, I can get cheaper and larger parts from it in manhattan, and this is manhattan, is not a cheap area to get food. I tried to put an order to the place, but the owner totally ignored me, and it didn't look like they were ordering to take in. not only that, but it is extremely rude. I tried to call a command that's just ridiculous, and she got angry and hanged on me when I gave her my number. I wanted to correct them because she repeated my number incorrectly. she said 5 ciffers for the last 4 ciffers my phone number, which did not make any sense. I did not even finish buying from there, it was not my time worth, but from reading the other reviews, they do not even get a fair part for the price. definitely recommend this place not, too expensive, terrible service, rude owners. I decided because of my situation and because of the lack of Thai places in the bronx. but if they have the feeling to get some Thai food at a fair price where they get much more out of it, choose another place."

you have to have the curry chicken puppets! order them and get them because they make their food fresh and it takes time.

I waited over two hours to get my order which was placed on line and they treated me very rude when I called for my order. I did not recommend this place at all.

I have to say the food is very overpriced and small portions. I got a shrimp green curry for $18 and basically fried rice with shrimp for $16 and a taro bubble tea that was way too sweet. The portion size is also not that big for the price you pay. I rather go to any Thai spot in queens for cheaper and bigger portions. View menu

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. an hour after ordering the delivery I called to ask where my order was and was met with a terrible rude answer. they told me to be patient and that they had entered the ticket incorrectly and that if I wanted to get it faster next time. the missing customer service, the galle of the hire, the disregard is ridiculous.

We ordered delivery from this restaurant and were disappointed. The prices were high and the portion sizes were small. It felt like we were paying double for half the amount of food. One of the dishes even tasted like the chef accidentally poured sugar in while cooking. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and do not recommend this place unless you enjoy feeling hungry and wasting your money.

My order came with a very unnecessary message written on the cover. I understand slot of Thai food is made with fish sauce but not all! If I do not eat sea food that is my life choice I do not to be questioned about it nor judged for it. Maybe your pad Thai is already pre made and you didn’t feel like making a fresh order with out the fish sauce! But that’s not my problem. I will never order from here again. View menu

I've tried this place before and tried to give him another chance. the food itself is excellent. I understand that there is now a lot of inflation, but these places cost-benefit on another level. I'm putting the most important points to be overpriced! I ordered a papaya salad and fish cake for $21. the portions were laborious for what I paid, especially as the salat was completely meat-free, and there were only four fish cakes in the appetizer! I can pay the same costs and double the appetizers in the same quality in other Thai restaurants. they use their location near the medical school without doubt. much too much money spent for a Thai takeout.

I contacted Tana Thai regarding a order I placed on uber eats. From the moment the lady at the front picked up the phone, she had a attitude. I just asked if they can remove the egg and she said ok in a aggressive manner and hung up the phone. I called back to make sure she knew the name of the order I was calling about because they usually ask what the name of the order is. She stated the name and went on to say “you don’t have to keep calling us about your order.” I replied “you don’t have to be rude about it.” She proceeded to scream at me over the phone, so I decided to just hang up on her. Coming from someone who’s worked in retail, I understand if your having a bad day, but don’t take...

"I have ordered delivery twice from this place. Both times the food came well packed and without any spills. I also wasn't missing any items. The first time i ordered a shrimp egg roll, wonton egg drop soup, three regular roll special, general tso's chicken combo dinner and orange chicken combo dinner. The shrimp egg roll is absolutely delicious. I would order that over and over again. The wonton egg drop soup is not that great. I wouldn't order it again. The wonton's themselves are really thick. For the rolls i ordered the crunchy spicy kani roll, the spicy crunch shrimp and the shrimp tempura roll. All three were absolutely delicious and filling. Both the general tso's and orange chicken had great flavor but by the time it arrived, it wasn't crispy anymore. I tried to recrisp it in the toaster oven and that didn't work. The second time i ordered fried dumplings, the grasshopper roll, kai roll, shrimp tempura roll, sweetheart roll and stir fried udon with beef. The fried dumplings tasted exactly like the wonton's i had in my soup during my first order. The dumpling skin was too thick and the beef looked and tasted the exact same way as the wontons. I wasn't crazy about them. The grasshopper roll i would order every single time, it was lobster salad, crab meat, shrimp, mango, avocado, asparagus, lettuce wrap, rice paper with avocado and caviar in yuzu wasabi sauce. The lettuce did get a little wilted during transit but it didnt impact the flavor at all. Very delish. The kai roll has spicy tuna, avocado and shrimp tempura inside a green soy paper. The outside has lobster salad and caviar. Another roll that i would order again. Very Very good. My husband ordered the sweet heart roll which was really pretty. Inside it has crab meat, cucumber, avocado, spicy tuna and crunchh wrapped in a pink rice paper topped with raw fresh tuna. I tried it and the tuna was very fresh. This roll is absolutely delicious but should only be ordered if your into raw fish. You can definitely taste it. Lastly, the beef udon. The sauce was very light BUT the flavor was there 100 percent. So delicous, so filling, so flavorful. I think we will certainly be ordering this specific dish again soon. It was that good. Overall we were so much happier with our second order from here. I think going forward we will continue to try different rolls and dishes from the stir fry section. I will absolutely continue to order from this place. i highly recommend it."
