"Very unreliable, counting on a Togo orders. Unfortunate to see how rude and cocky a restaurant management becomes when they become popular. They will decide when they want to answer phones to take orders and when they don't want to. In this pandemic,it's not acceptable to stand in line with 20 other people. THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN EXPANSION WITH MORE LOCATIONS BUT REFUSETO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE. Their attitude for phone orders before was a turn off already. The parking lot is a big mess. I'mgoing to have to disagree with other reviews about how convenient it is to place the orders. The original location might be theonly place so far with better service. There was hardly anyone in line when I tried ahead of time for a Togo order and thensaying experiencing heavy call volume to take phone orders."

One of my favorite places to eat tacos. Can't go wrong with the brisket and the Memphis tacos. Also probably one of the best queso dips I've every tried

This is the second location I've visited, and both have impressed me with their quick service, excellent food, and inviting atmosphere. I tried the Hogs for a Cause collaboration between Taqueria del Sol and Fox Bros BBQ, and it was outstanding!

The lines are long but the food is GOOD! We've been going here for years and adore this local gem of a restaurant. The queso and margaritas cannot be beat but prepare for a lengthy wait in line, especially on the weekends. They have daily specials as well.Food: 5/5

There’s a new (or I’ve never seen her) brunette female manager who is so rude. We come here frequently and she was rude to my family for sitting as I was ordering. We have two young kids. There’s a polite way to say versus being so mean. Not the welcoming atmosphere I’ve ever experienced.Food: 5/5 View menu

This restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food at very reasonable prices. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, and the blend of seasonings and spices is outstanding, ensuring a gratifying meal that won't cost you a fortune. Although there's usually a line out the door, it moves swiftly thanks to their effective organization. I highly recommend this spot for a great lunch or dinner close to Piedmont Park!

The food is ALWAYS excellent. This is a great place if you need a quick bite. You need to order first, then sit down, so if you want to wait, you need to sit at the bar. Because this is the only place where you can wait, it's always full. This location is good for groups, and there are actually a few big tables. You have gluten-free names on the menu. You have a children's menu, but no high chairs. Usually I order 2 enchiladas that is enough to fill up. Chips and salsa do not come automatically with the meal so you need to order them. They have internal and external seats.

Before we could even sit down, the manager insisted that we return to the storm, despite having two small children with us. I explained our situation, highlighting how scared the girls were, and suggested that we order a couple of margarita pitchers so we wouldn't occupy space without making a purchase. His response was dismissive; he said he didn’t care and that we needed to wait outside. Being addressed that way, especially in front of children, is completely unacceptable. While I’ll miss the thought of enjoying their queso with a straw, it’s 2023, and rudeness should be a thing of the past. View menu

The food here is consistently excellent. It's a great place for a quick bite, but keep in mind that you need to place your order before finding a seat. If you're looking for table service, you'll want to sit at the bar, which tends to be busy since it’s the only area where you can be served. This restaurant is also suitable for groups, as they have a few large tables available. They offer gluten-free options on the menu and have a kids' menu, although they do not provide high chairs. I typically order two enchiladas, which is plenty to satisfy my appetite. Please note that chips and salsa are not included with your meal and need to be ordered separately. There are both indoor and outdoor sea...

He mentioned that the restaurant would be too busy to provide us with a table suitable for our group. However, we arrived with a large party and only had a few additional members who were just 10-15 minutes behind us in line. As a former hostess, I noticed that there were plenty of available tables that could easily accommodate at least two large groups and several smaller ones during our visit. The bus staff was actively clearing tables around us. Overall, I recommend avoiding this location and choosing the Decatur venue instead, which is much more customer-friendly. The franchise management should reevaluate their leadership choices—it's evident that this manager is ineffective, and I can...

"Came for my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place! From the hostess to the waiter, they ensured to acknowledge my wife and her birthday. The way they personalized the experience was a nice touch. We had David as our server and he was top shelf! Super knowledgeable about the menu. You can see that he pours himself into his job. The timing of the appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert was perfect. It’s like they knew when you wanted your next course without even having to tell them. The service staff is overly attentive. There’s a couple of guys constantly walking by to take your dishes and replace your silverware. The upper level where we sat is tight seating and staff running by your table all the time. Even still, they don’t bombard you with status checks. They let you have your space and are careful to read the table before checking in on you. Because we’re foodies, we wanted to try a bit of everything. First you must get the bread service. The bread was delightful. Nice crust on the outside. Warm and soft on the inside. 3 spreads come with it. Sweet, savory, and a ricotta spread Appetizer Wagyu ribs with worcestershire and chimichurri Wedge salad Organic iceberg, marinated vidalias tomatoes buttermilk ranch, bacon, french blue, egg 8oz A5 Kobe steak. Cooked to perfection Lobster spaghetti with tomato pomodori, basil For dessert you have to try the Baked Alaska which is chocolate hazelnut cake, espresso ice cream, meringue The birthday girl got her own dessert. A chocolate swirl cake. Overall, this visit was incredible. We can’t wait to go back!"
