Tasty Pot - Menu

2 of us went around 6pm, we weren't offered outside dining though indoors seating was well spaced out and we were OK with it. We both ordered the lamb hotpot, and it was pretty good. Note, there is a leveler under the pot that lets you put out the flame. I didn't know that and got the soup soo hot that I burn my tongue.

Tasty pot is steadily getting pricier and pricier by the months... but this location has a bigger portion compared to the other locations. During lunch, they give complimentary green tea! My go to hotpot is the mild Beef Hot Soup! My favorite part about tasty pot are their sauce options (I love dipping everything in sauce). I highly recommend asking for more soup if you're running low to refill your broth.

Nothing beats a steaming pot on a dreary winter day. You can conveniently order through the app, which offers various options for spice level and side items. The food is prepared quickly after you place your order. There was minimal interaction with the staff, which helps reduce the risk of COVID. This place feels cramped and rushed. I recommend getting it to go because the food comes quickly with barely any flavor. I was disappointed at first, along with their staffs keep coming by and checking up on us every 5 minutes. It felt like we were being rushed while sitting at a very small table. For the food, it tastes amazing after letting it sit and soak up the flavor for about 1 2 hours. Their parking lot is kinda small, though, so good luck to anyone!

Tastypot is always a great choice when you're feeling hungry, especially on a cold day. The service is really fast since you can place your order using a QR code at your table. I've been there numerous times, and my orders have consistently arrived in about 10 minutes at most. They also provide free green tea if you visit during lunch hours, so I recommend going then as it's less crowded. The food is delicious, with plenty of toppings to enjoy. I highly recommend the Taiwanese hot pot, which comes in a larger size perfect for sharing, or the beef and lamb hot pot, which comes in a standard size. No matter the weather, Tastypot is sure to satisfy your cravings!

First time coming here in 4 years. I was quite disappointed with my experience this time. I ordered the Taiwanese numbing spicy beef. The portion of the beef and other ingredient seems to be off. There were a lot more beef and cabbage than it used to be. All the other ingredients that shown in the menu picture are less. The flame under died out in the middle of the meal. Server didn't come check at all. I had to go to the front desk to ask for tea and the complimentary vermicelli/rice. The complimentary tea cups were found not sealed and wide opened by the entrance. The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, and it's clear that they work hard to provide quick and efficient service. You can also see them consistently cleaning and disinfecting the space and furniture. Today, for lunch, I had the Lamb Hot Soup, which included ingredients like napa cabbage, lamb, vermicelli, enoki mushrooms, imitation crabmeat, meatballs, fish cake, pork blood rice cake, fried tofu skin, clams, sour mustard, brown beech mushrooms, tofu, and a flavorful pork bone broth. I also enjoyed the Veggie Hot Soup, packed with Taiwanese cabbage, vermicelli, enoki mushrooms, tomatoes, corn, lotus root, fried tofu skin, Chinese string beans, king oyster mushrooms, taro, bamboo...

Came here on Lunar New Years. The restaurant was not busy, but there was soo much traffic to get to this place it was crazy bc of all the lunar events going on in the east sj area. We had exceptional service from the female waitress, super sweet and friendly and explained everything to us and attended to us without asking. I really enjoyed my lamb hot soup, the first time trying this flavor, i've tried the beef and veggie before. The soup comes out mostly cooked with a few things like the noodles and other additions that just need a bit of warming. The stand has a fire in it so it boils as u eat which makes it delicious, but u can also turn it off once everything has been cooked and warmed....

I prefer this location over their other South Bay locations because they are consistently more generous with their ingredient portion size here. You won 't feel like you 're spending on just a pot of veggies they actually give you enough of everything. They used to have looooong lines and Yelp waitlist, but I haven 't seen that in my last few trips. Hopefully, I 've just been getting lucky and their business is still doing great.
