"As a writer, I had resisted visiting this restaurant for years because they spelled 'Tzatziki' incorrectly. I thought, if they can’t even spell it right, how can they possibly prepare authentic Greek food? However, I finally decided to give it a try, and I couldn’t have been more mistaken – this place is amazing! We ordered gyros and two sides, and I was pleasantly surprised by how full we felt afterward! The gyros were packed to the brim, and the sides were just the right portion. The service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and well-informed about the menu. I also appreciated being able to watch them prepare the food. The atmosphere of the restaurant is thoughtfully designed. The seating is spaced nicely, so you’re not right on top of other diners, and outdoor seating is available. You might be wondering why I gave it only four stars instead of five. Well, as I mentioned, they still misspell 'Tzatziki,' and I noticed the phrase 'Family owned and operated' on their door. If you're a chain with almost a hundred locations across more than twenty states, you're a corporation, not a quaint mom-and-pop shop. These are just my personal pet peeves and don’t reflect the quality of the food, service, or atmosphere – all of which are fantastic at this location! I highly recommend this restaurant!"

After more than 12 years in Europe savoring gyros, I found this restaurant disappointing and not reminiscent of the authentic ones I'm accustomed to.

The food was really tasty, and the restaurant was clean, although they could benefit from a wider variety of supplies. The staff seemed a bit reserved, or possibly just shy.

Meat was flavorful, tender, and proportionately seasoned; sauces and dressings were robust without being overpowering; salad had the perfect blend of vegetables to greenery. Expensive, at almost $25 a plate for one person with tip, but worth the money!

We don't have this chain near us and decided to try it on a road trip. We were very happy! Love that there are healthy options for kids, and all of our meals were fresh and delicious. Service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. All in all, a great experience! View menu

The location is fantastic, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. Although the food was satisfactory, I was quite put off by the cleanliness of the staff's uniforms. The cashier's pants appeared to be very dirty and in need of a wash. This is simply not acceptable. Thank you, but I won't be coming back.

I've eaten at the other Tatziki in Knoxville, but it has been a while, I'm not sure if this one is just different or if there has been a drastic change. This one didn't seem too have nearly as many choices, and it was not nearly as good. The food was good, but the choices seemed limited, compared too what I expected.

Taziki's provided an excellent buffet dinner for 150 guests at our wedding this past July. I collaborated with Jennifer to arrange the order, and I was truly impressed by her professionalism. They offer a wide variety of menu options, and Jennifer assisted me in choosing the appropriate quantities. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. I highly recommend Taziki's for anyone seeking affordable wedding catering! View menu

I had the spicy harissa chicken gyro with a side of the tomato cucumber salad which also came with some plain wavy potato chips. Not too spicy and everything was fresh. I ordered online and it was ready within minutes of ordering. Great options also for vegetarians and other dietary restrictionss. Not everything is low fat or low calorie and if a celiac, not sure if they can guarantee no cross contamination of gluten...check with the restaurant. I'll be back to try other menu items.

Being a writer, I refused to go here for years because they spelled Tzatziki wrong. My thought process was, if they can 't spell Tzatziki, then how are they going to fix Greek food correctly? However, I gave in and couldn 't have been more wrong...this place is off the chain!!!We got the gyros and two sides and we were full!!! It was absolutely phenomenal!!! The gyros are stuffed full and the sides were the perfect amount!!! The service was absolutely incredible!!! Everyone was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. Plus I like the fact you can see them making the food. The atmosphere of the place is brilliantly laid out. The seating is not right on type of each other and outd...

"Final Update (July 27, 2024): THEY PUT BACON IN MY VEGETARIAN CREPE. I am still traumatized and queasy from my breakfast this morning. I ordered a scrambled egg, spinach, tomato crepe, which is vegetarian, as I am a Muslim and do not eat meat outside. Most of the meal was fine, until the last bite. I felt a crunch that it should not have and did not have until the last bite. It's also definitely not the crust of the crepe itself as I was eating the crust together with the center nearly all the time. I was trying to figure out what this crunchy thing could be. Then I remembered reading somewhere BACON is crunchy and savory. A nearby waitress noticed my face go pale and asked if everything is okay. I asked about this crunchy, savory thing I tasted in the last bite that felt very weird, out of place, and asked if it could be BACON. She saw some leftovers in my plate and said it does look like that. I could not believe it. In all my years in USA, I have never had such a horrible experience with MEAT being contaminated into some VEGETARIAN dish. This is literally deserving of a lawsuit. The problem with crepes is you cannot open and see everything to ensure they didn't contaminate with some BACON before eating as that defeats the purpose of a crepe. I urge all vegetarians and Muslims to AVOID this restaurant like the plague. They have no standards of cross contamination if they cannot even keep pigs and dogs away from vegetarian dishes in the kitchen. I also just saw the latest edited response from the owner to my review and see they are accusing me of lying. How disgusting and unethical. I don't care if it's the first and last time you served a group at 3:45 pm in 15 years. You just had to check your CCTV footage and confirm several of us were waiting outside while this group barged in and ordered at 3:45 pm that day. If you need even more help, it was a group of young children, probably some school or high school, with a few older teacher-aged people. Now go find the footage and I hope you recant your accusation of me lying. Absolutely despicable. Only thing I agree with the owner on is the Strawberries and cream was good. But who knows, it might contain meat too, if you aren't looking. Old review I ordered the Bavarian cream since it looked simple and focused on the vanilla flavor. But it felt really disgusting in terms of texture. I was afraid it might have gelatin when I Googled the ingredients upon that feeling of disgust. I asked the staff for the ingredients and they brought a big bucket and showed me the ingredients. Thankfully, it didn't have gelatin. But I'm guessing the reason it tasted so bad was it was some wholesale cream sold at Costco or Restaurant Depot. Update 1: Made it 3* because the service was good and they replied they buy from a bakery, which is better. For me, personally, though, the food just did not taste good so I cannot give it more than 3*. I'm happy others seem to like it though. Just the Bavarian creams I've had in other places were better suited for my taste buds. Another issue I cannot increase the stars for is that the shop was supposed to be closed 3-4 Saturday and many of us waited outside in the sun whils a big group of people just walked in at 3:45ish and took a long time to order, which wasn't over even when I entered at 4pm as the first batch or customers."
