"I called the restaurant to place a take out order. It took awhile for someone to answer the phone, and when they did, I was put on hold. I almost hung up since I was on hold a long time. I thought they had forgotten about me. When I arrived at the restaurant, I waited in my car until I received the text that my food was ready. When I went into the restaurant, no one was at the front desk. I stood there waiting for someone for over five minutes to cash out. The only reason someone finally came over to the front desk was because the phone was ringing. She asked me to wait while she answered the phone. They automatically applied an 18% tip to my bill, however, I deleted it due to the poor service. I ordered the chicken finger dinner and the chicken was over cooked and the classic chicken sandwich. The chicken on the sandwich was covered in a spicy paprika seasoning and the chips were burnt. I’ve ordered that sandwich numerous times before and it wasn’t seasoned like that. I don’t know if there’s a different cook who makes the take out orders, but every time I order take out the food is terrible. If I eat in the restaurant, the food is very good. It cost $37.00 for mediocre food. If the service had been better, with the tip, it would have been $44.00. My recommendation is eat in the restaurant and do not do takeout. Quality is not the same."

I've only been 1 time for lunch. And I liked the place. I had the Asian Crispy Chicken Salad. It was good. Only 4 ? because it's a steak house and I haven't tried any of their beef products yet. So I have to go back.

Order our food to go by phone. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich (grilled instead of fried) with sweet potato fries. The entire meal got thrown away (nobody in the house was willing to eat it) fries were cold (not cool or warm, they were cold) and soggy. This may be my bf fault as he was not punctual picking up the food. The Buffalo sauce was gritty. I'm use to Buffalo saucy having a smooth creamy consistency, this was like paste. We had a fantastic experience at T-Bones in Hudson, NH, when we visited on Father's Day. Despite it being understandably very busy, our server and bartender, Shannon, came over to give us a heads-up about the wait time. We really appreciated this gesture and didn't mind waiting at all. The highlight of our visit was the end of our meal when the manager came over and gave us a $25 gift card. Little gestures like this go a long way in making a positive impression. While we didn't mind the wait, especially since we were warned, this unexpected surprise truly made our day. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning!

Called to place and order, and I was told 45 minutes for a burger, sandwich and chicken tenders. After it was 90 minutes before I spoke to a manger about how long it was taking. A full refund and the food was provided. The manager was very apologetic but the rest of the staff looked panicked or uncaring in the moments before. Tenders were missing anything crispy and enjoyable but were cooked to temperature. Very bland. The Italian Burger was mediocre, and I should have just ordered pasta with the flavor that was presented. I got an Italian flavored burger but it was not enjoyable.
