"This is the most f cking bullsh t boba shop I have ever been in my whole life. So this late night I was craving for some banh trang tron , I even politely asked on phone first to see if the store was actually opened. Came there, hearing a guy singing karaoke while doing his job, sing so so bad. At that time, I was going to come back home, immediately lost appetize, and then when I said so. That guy was talking to the other one Ah! So comfortable! It 's like they wanted me to get the f out of their way. Man, I come here to get food and good services, and they treated me like s WARNING FOR ALL PEOPLE: IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. The fries were amazing! I had the Pink Panther drink with honey boba, and it was delightful.

The popcorn chicken had hardly any meat and was mostly comprised of fried bits, while the wings were excessively greasy.

The staff is nice. All the drinks I've tried (Pinky pom, star boy and black n' white) tasted pretty good. The popcorn chicken is a must! View menu

I've been here 3 times and every time there is only 2 people working. Severely under staffed. Each time I've waited over 20 minutes to even have my order taken when no one was in front of me. I thought the 3rd time would be a charm, turns out it wasn't.

The most expensive French fries! Be cautious with the pricing before you order. The menu listed regular fries at $6, but my bill came to $9. The cashier explained that they had raised the price at the beginning of the year. Really? It’s already December! I’d call this pricing deception.

well it was the only open boba place and it was good (OMG was good, Dragon star was meh, Midori green was good if you like it sour, Pinky Pom was very good but too sweet) but look at this ice (3/4 full of ice, see picture) There was a bit less in the other drinks but still way too much. View menu

The Most Expensive French Fries. Be cautious about the pricing; it's best to verify before you order. The menu listed regular fries at $6, but my bill came to $9. The cashier mentioned they had raised the price at the start of the year—yet here we are in December. I can't help but call it pricing deception!

A beautiful place it is very organized, clean and decorative. Bathrooms are also spot on clean! There is a variety of delicious unique different boba teas that i have not seen before. I was captivated since they also had different boba to add in the tea. The staff was super friendly and nice. Price for the bobas were reasonably good for how they are made. Highly recommend it.

"So I suppose it's up to the manager of a restaurant whether to replace a returned entree at no extra charge the customer for the uneaten food. Whatever the policy at Sakana (we didn't ask when we saw the item in question added to our bill, we didn't feel like getting into an argument), we still found the attitude of the server when my girlfriend didn't enjoy her spicy miso ramen to be unacceptable. Instead of simply offering a replacement when my girlfriend explained that she couldn't taste any miso in the broth, the lady server told us that the miso ramen tasted as intended and that adding more paste to the broth would make it too salty. It still didn't taste very good, but whatever. Fine. My gf orders the curry ramen instead. It's pretty decent, nothing to write home about. At the end of the meal, we get charged full price for the spicy miso even tho all she ate of it was the egg added at additional cost. Did not mention this before the bill came out. We probably would've moved on without complaint if we hadn't been talked down to when trying to replace the order or had the return policy more clearly explained to us. Will not be coming back due to this experience. I've been to better and more expensive restaurants that return and replace an entree, no questions asked, especially when -you didn't eat it-. I've had $50 steaks taken back without being charged, but you're gonna die on the hill of your watery $15 ramen? No thx. The food, for the most part, is okay. My tonkutsu ramen broth was acceptable, tho my pork was overcooked. My gf's replacement curry ramen was better than the spicy miso, but it was not great. It did have tasty fried chicken, but very few other ingredients besides noodles and spinach. She wasn't so into it. Where the cuisine shines is the sushi. The fish tastes like it's well sourced and is adequately competitive for the price range. We didn't love the ramen experience, but we were actually considering coming back just for the sushi before we saw that they'd charged us for the returned food. The shrimp shumai appetizer was tasty but a little skimpy on the portions, four tiny dumplings for $8 or $9. Ultimately, Sakana is worth going to if you just want sushi and don't mind a somewhat cramped and loud atmosphere during peak hours and a snooty attitude from the staff. I'd have added more stars if not for the service experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Nigiri"
