The parking was easy, and the burger was delicious. However, the service was quite slow, mirroring the wait for the food. I was also surprised to find the salad served alongside the burger when it eventually made it to our table.

My friend opted for a basket of hand-cut fries, which were seasoned with a delightful salt and pepper mix. I chose the simply grilled salmon accompanied by lemon-butter broccoli and jasmine rice, which came to $25 before tip. The salmon was a bit dry, but the buttery sauce paired with the broccoli and rice made up for it; I finished every bite. The Margarita was average—too much ice and lemon but no lime. Although it was my first time at this location, I have dined at this franchise before, and I can say this visit won't be my last.

It took us 30 minutes to be seated, and after another 15 minutes of waiting at our table, our waitress finally came to take our drink order. However, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and on one occasion, we didn’t receive the drinks we ordered at all. After we got our food, the waitress disappeared. After waiting over 30 minutes without any service, I had to flag down another waitress to find out what was going on. We learned that our original waitress was missing in action. This was not only surprising but indicative of a serious failure in customer service.
