"It took us 30 minutes to be seated, and after another 15 minutes of waiting at our table, our waitress finally came to take our drink order. However, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and on one occasion, we didn’t receive the drinks we ordered at all. After we got our food, the waitress disappeared. After waiting over 30 minutes without any service, I had to flag down another waitress to find out what was going on. We learned that our original waitress was missing in action. This was not only surprising but indicative of a serious failure in customer service. Out of sheer convenience, we returned the following night for dessert and drinks, and guess who our waitress was? Yes, it was the same one who had ghosted us the night before. I was shocked that management allowed her to return and that she had the audacity to serve us again. While our experience was slightly better that night, it's worth noting that it’s hard to mess up dessert. I would advise caution if you plan to visit this restaurant, as your experience could range from terrible to merely acceptable."

I used to think that TGI Friday's was exceptional. I'm not sure if my tastes have changed or if the quality has declined, but this specific location, which was next to...

The parking was easy, and the burger was delicious. However, the service was quite slow, mirroring the wait for the food. I was also surprised to find the salad served alongside the burger when it eventually made it to our table.

The whisky sampler I ordered was only average; it was a bit warmer than I would have preferred, which indicated it might have been left on the pickup counter for too long. My friend was dissatisfied with her pasta but opted not to send it back, so I took it upon myself to do it for her. View menu

I dined at this restaurant for the first time in years yesterday, and I’ve always had a fondness for Fridays, having been a patron for decades. I ordered the Fridays sampler to-go and enjoyed a Blue Moon at the bar. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the food was truly delicious. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I hadn't been to a TGIF in years, and it was a wonderful experience. The menu offers a wide range of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. I visited this restaurant while my son was studying at UNCC, and I think it’s a great choice for students (especially those with meal plans) and their guests. The restaurant features both a bar area with tables and regular seating. I highly recommend this place—it's located about a mile from the UNCC campus.

Having not been to a TGIF in years, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The menu offers a wide variety of options, making sure there's something for everyone. I visited this restaurant while spending time with my son at UNCC, and I believe it’s a great choice for students who want to indulge outside of their meal plans, as well as for their guests. The restaurant has both a bar area with tables and regular seating. I would definitely recommend this location, which is conveniently situated about a mile from the UNCC campus. View menu

My friend opted for a basket of hand-cut fries, which were seasoned with a delightful salt and pepper mix. I chose the simply grilled salmon accompanied by lemon-butter broccoli and jasmine rice, which came to $25 before tip. The salmon was a bit dry, but the buttery sauce paired with the broccoli and rice made up for it; I finished every bite. The Margarita was average—too much ice and lemon but no lime. Although it was my first time at this location, I have dined at this franchise before, and I can say this visit won't be my last.

The food was delicious and served hot, but the portions were a bit small, even for someone like me who doesn't eat much. The drinks were great, and there was plenty of free parking available. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly managing our large party. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Although I haven't been to Friday's in years, I definitely plan to return soon. Now, let's talk about the salmon—it was incredibly flavorful, and I didn't need to add anything; the smoky flavor was just right, not overwhelming at all. The broccoli was also nicely seasoned, and you absolutely have to try the mashed potatoes—they were so amazing that I’m convinced they must have u...

"My friends and I were enjoying a beautiful night in South End and one of them had found this place online. So we stopped by for a drink. Wow! Gorgeous place! The interior design gave me the warm, welcoming feeling of being at The Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville SC- upscale, but unpretentious, inviting, and fun. We were immediately welcomed by the bartenders who talked to us about their different beers and kombuchas. We ordered a couple of flights to sample as many as we could and sat down to play Jenga in one of their many seating areas. Our spot was 2 old leather couches flanking a gorgeous wooden coffee table. So relaxing and sociable. I’ve never been in a brew pub with so much greenery (ferns and other foliage adorn and drape from the rafters filling corners and crannies around the room), natural wood, and light! Another great feature was a floor-to-ceiling wall cabinet filled with really cool things. The beers were unique and fun to try. The vibe is worth the visit even if you don’t love beer. I enjoyed a glass of prosecco and loved learning about and sampling the other beverages. They also have a great outdoor space for gathering where dogs are welcome. My sense is this place was designed for building community, which is something we all need more of. Turn off your cellphones and come here to meet people, pet dogs, and enjoy a great experience!"
