"The food was delicious. Fountain Pepsi could’ve been better, a bit flat. It’s my first time at this place but it isn’t very themed for what it’s going for, felt like they just moved into a basic white building with no decor and just slapped some of their ads around the windows and walls. Random arcade (3 or 4 machines) TVs playing sports or news. And a random pick your music machine. The theme was all over the place. But the food is good so it makes up for its weird Excalibur theme it wants to push."

"1. Disregarded all notes of removal of certain ingredients on 3 burgers. 2. Fries were handled by person handling money! Had to throw out all fries. Paid almost $60 for 4 burgers and garden salad! 3 . Sent me straight to bathroom. 4. Last time the sourdough chicken sandwich tasted like old grease. 5. And final. NEVER AGAIN! Will give my money elsewhere that cares about hygiene and health safety of their customers."

"I HIGHLY recommend Cafe 12:2. Their portions are extremely generous, their prices are worth it, their servers are friendly and I love the fact that they are always adding to their menu. I am very particular as to where I will eat menudo (my Dad's when her makes it 1 other local restaurant), but after today I can say that I am adding a 3rd location to that list! It was DELICIOUS and we all loved our food."

"I really love this place. Portions are quite large. The menu is easy to read and there are lots of choices. The owners and staff are very friendly. I've tried the BBQ chicken, beef, kalbi ribs, katsu, and spam musubi. They are all tasty, including rice and macaroni salad. If I was to suggest one improvement, it would be to have a slightly higher spam/rice ratio in the spam musubi. The slices if spam are a bit thin."

"Like many businesses that grow, they’re experiencing some “growing pains.” This means losing some employees and needing to train new staff, as well as teaching existing team members new technologies. This process requires time and patience from both the owners and the staff. If you’re pressed for time during lunch, I recommend placing your order ahead of time. When they first launched their new website, service was a bit slow, but it improved noticeably after a few weeks. Tonight, my husband and I decided to dine there. I ordered the 10-ounce New York steak, while he had the 14-ounce ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly to medium and served with a crisp green salad and garlic-flavored red potatoes—the presentation was spot on. Throughout our meal, our waitress checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything else. I jokingly mentioned wanting a piece of cheesecake for dessert, not realizing they offered desserts. To my delight, they have raspberry cheesecake and a brownie dessert, so we opted for the cheesecake. It was excellent! For those who have remarked that the food is great but the wait can be long, remember that good things take time. It took about 25 minutes from the moment we ordered until our meals arrived. We arrived on a busy Friday night at 5:45, and the restaurant was packed. Even as we were leaving, people were waiting for tables, but at no time did they feel neglected. The staff and owners engaged with guests and brought out additional tables to seat people quickly. A job well done, Mr. Zenz!"
