"I love coming to the blue nile, especially in the colder months. her hot tee is comforting and sweet, but not sweet from sugar cane. the cinnamon and cinnamon of course. the vegetarian firm is vegan and it is delicious. many of the dishes are made from lenses and exfoliates, so they are full of protein. my favorites are the scratched greens (goms) and the floor simmer in Berbere sauce (metin shiro wat.) it is a little expensive 16,90 plus control and drink money and tee if they also order this), but it is all they can eat and it is a really nice experience. they bring steaming hand towels to clean their hands before and after the meal. also eat them with their hands with the injera brot, which is unique and funny. also here the service is always great. I'm sure they'll ask for the teff brot. it is a darker brown color and more true for the kitchen. Maybe they want to call ahead to ask for this kind of thing, because they don't always have it. enjoy!"

it is family style, so bring friends! they bring a lot of food to eat with bread and refill them until they can no longer eat. simply fantastic, authentic eating.

All of the vegetarian items are entirely vegan, including the injera (bread). If you have never had Ethiopian, you eat with your hands. Lots of cabbage, potatoes, lentils, greens. The food is delicious, very fragrant and heavily spiced.

I agree with one of the other reviews. It would be nice for someone who has never had ethiopian but the flavors weren't pronounced enough for me. Some of the options were even a little bland however the person I was with loved the restaurant and the various dishes. It was his first time trying Ethiopian food. View menu

Food was great and the service was truly excellent. It's a great date night or dinner out for a couple to four friends. Not great for larger groups as the tables tend to be small and intimate. My Open Table reservation provided little benefit as I had requested a booth online but everything was given away to walk ins when I arrived, so we had to sit in the middle of everything. Still very enjoyable though.

I love coming here. it is the perfect date night. eating always makes them feel good and the aromen are amazing. it is also really fun to eat with the hands. they give them so many refills of food as they want, so they can feel home full, but not rough, because eating is so delicious and healthy. the personal is always very friendly. all vegetarian options and the brot are vegan, so there is a lot to eat here as vegan.
