This charming restaurant is conveniently located near Weaverville and other surrounding areas. It is clean and well-maintained, with a quick walk to the Trinity River. I would highly recommend it. Rooms: 5/5.

Absolutely our fave! You can tell the owner cares a great deal about guests with so many nice touches towels at the pool, grills etc. Clean clean clean! Well kept and maintained. Loved it so much!Rooms: Clean and well appointed!

This place is a gem! It has a really great vibe! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Free s'mores and a nice fire pit. Very clean and wonderful amenities. It's not fancy, but a great place to kick back. I only wish we stayed longer than one night.Rooms: 5/5 View menu

What a great lil Lodge we stumbled on as we were headed to the Coast. I would highly recommend the clean, peaceful place to stay. Staff was amazing and the property was so well kept. Had my morning coffee overlooking the Trinity River in a Gazebo. Definitely would like to return for a few nights.Rooms: 5/5

Hidden gem!!! We visited from the coast to get warmed up and it was the BEST choice. Clean, beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with pool, BBQ, fire pit, comfy bed, and a beautiful view of the river! We fished, swam, ate, read, sunbathed, and relaxed all weekend. The service was amazing. We were asked several times if we needed anything. The restaurant advertised early check-in and late checkout, but when we arrived one hour early, we were told we would have to wait. We sat in the parking lot for the entire hour and no one entered or exited the room we were assigned during that time. Despite this, we checked out 2 1/2 hours before the official checkout time. If we weren't due at the airport at a specific time, we would have waited until the last possible moment to check out. The area surrounding the restaurant was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Absolutely perfect! We have come to the Trinity River every year for the past 12 years. Usually we raft and camp. This time we brought grown children and grandchildren. We decided to try the Indian Creek Lodge, pristine and woodsy at the same time. In the past we would pull our rafts up on their beautiful riverside lawn for a short break. This time, as guests, we got to enjoy other amenities; gazebo, chairs by the river, fire pit with complimentary smores kits, swimming pool and more. The staff was genuinely friendly, helpful and capable of meeting our every need. We felt so welcome that we have decided to plan our next family reunion in this magical spot on the amazing Trinity River.

How can you not love this place! First off the people who work there are absolutely lovely, every single one of them are so nice and accommodating. And they do it all with a smile.The lodge is clean and grounds really well kept. The grounds are amazing, they have picnic tables, a gazebo, chairs down by the river, a fire pit. They offer free s'mores packs too!We brought our pup and in our room they had a doggie basket, it had treats, poop bags, dog towel, two dog bowls, a food mat and doggy sheet for the bed. So thoughtful, in all the places we have stayed with our pup there has never been a pup basket like this!All in all this place is wonderful and we are already planning on going back.

This restaurant is a hidden gem!! We arrived in the evening just as it was getting dark, so we missed out on the evening activities, but there are plenty of options for families. We loved the beautifully lit trees guiding the way to an outdoor seating area. The lights may attract some bugs, but it wasn't a big issue. The room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable! I gave the location a 4 rating because there isn't much nearby, but the drive to get there is stunning! We brought our dogs and the hostess had a doggy basket ready for us, which was so thoughtful!
