"Great place for business meetings, if you are okay with a fairly loud environment (though manageable, I was able to hear everyone at my table of 6 for the most part). The food was great. Simple enough to please many different tastes but everything we tried (the salmon, the fish chips, and the burger) were all really highly recommended. We also had the oysters and brussels sprouts for appetizers, which were equally delicious."

I was so happy to see that the cavalier had survived the pandemic and was still open. I went very early at 5 PM, and instead of a dinner, I had three appetizers. British themed brasserie in downtown with a sophisticated and inviting ambiance deep leather banquettes, polished brass, zinc, and white marble all make this a great spot for a mid week dinner or just grabbing drinks with friends. My go to items here are the Marlow burger and the brussel sprout chips.

An excellent dining experience at 'The Cavalier.' The menu selections were varied; lots of options. Starter highlights: the quail eggs, brussels sprouts chips, and crab salad.
