"Honestly not the best place out there to get burgers.First of all, this place is highly overpriced, $10+ for just a burger.Second, this place does not follow any health regulations, no gloves and touching the food with bare hands. It is very unclean.Third, the food is underwhelming for the price. I ordered chicken and beef burgers and they were gross. The “fried chicken sandwich”, as they call it, is just two pieces of overcooked chicken tenders on a bread and bun. The beef burgers are just as bad. The meat is overcooked and has no flavor. It is rubbery and has a weird frozen smell to it. The cheese fries were soggy and gross. There was no crisp to them and there was a weird spice on top which was not asked for.My overall experience at this place was extremely disappointing and was not expecting it to be this bad. All in all I do not recommend this place as it is just a rip off. Please save your time and money. Just a heads up."

freshest and most tastiest burgers i've ever ordered from here, wish they had more locations spread out the city though, but regardless i love the fireball burger so much lol.

They serve the best burgers in the Devon area. I highly recommend the Vulkan Burger—it's my all-time favorite. The customer service is excellent, and they respond quickly to phone orders. View menu

To be honest it not like it used to be. Burger buns are soggy and they always keep you waiting even phone call 30 mins won't help. Workers don't follow basic hygiene instructions, no gloves, no aprons, whole ordering system sucks. I wonder how they still operate..

I ordered from this restaurant via Grubhub and the order was never delivered, even though it advised the order was delivered on the app. Tried calling numerous times, as did Grubhub, but there was never an answer. I usually would not leave a negative comment anywhere because I don’t like to put that kind of energy out in the world but this was not cool at all. Order at your discretion.

The hygiene at this restaurant is severely lacking. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that the cook was not wearing gloves. He touched the salad with his bare hands and then placed it directly on the burger. He even reached for pickles and added them to the burger, along with tomato, all without any protective gear. I immediately lost my appetite. My social anxiety kept me from saying anything, but I urge you to please wear gloves. I saw the blue box of gloves on the shelf; there’s no excuse not to use them. They know that handling food with bare hands is a violation of health codes, so I kindly request that you adhere to these standards.

Halal Burger was one of my late-night stops for burgers and wings. I absolutely love their Cowboy and Fireball burgers; they're fantastic and definitely worth the price. The place is quite spacious, but it often gets crowded, especially late at night, so it's best to place your order in advance as there might be a bit of a wait. The parking situation can be tricky since they share the lot with several other businesses, which means a lot of cars are coming in and out. Aside from that, their chicken wings are large, and the fries can be a bit soggy at times. Overall, it's a great spot for some delicious burgers, especially during the late hours—they close at 2 AM!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
