"WOW!!! Can 't offord to go much but sure will come back as soon as I can. It 's pricey but they keep it fair and charge Market value. That 's cool. The greenhouse seating is fabulous. Very creative and appealing. The food. Not only pretty in appearance. The flavor was all there. I noticed no salt or pepper available at the tables. Glad I waited until my food came. I understood why there was no need for them. Our Entrees. Chicken praline, chicken parchment and pork tenderloin. All three were wonderful. Although the portions of, protein seemed small. But I still walked out with a take out box. I saw on the website. Brunch and weekend breakfast? I 'm interested. Idk what 's it like inside the restaurant but the greenhouse table will be my go back . And of course the food ."

We absolutely love this place and go every time we can, it's always crowded and for a reason, we've never had a complaint about the food or drinks, everything is good and desserts cakes are even better, we really enjoy this place!

The food is consistently excellent. However, I’m not a fan of the new policy where you don't receive a receipt until after you've paid; it feels like a way to obscure the 3.5% house tax they’ve recently added. Nonetheless, it's still a great place.

It's been about seven years since we've last visited the Last Resort, and it's still a gem in downtown Athens. The southern dishes have a modern twist, with their fresh ingredients bringing out wonderful flavors. It's always great to find a place that stays true and consistent!

Top notch food and alcohol selection. Service was lovely and we didn't have to wait to get seated earlier in the night. They have great daily specials and awesome seasonal drinks to try out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bit of a fancier menu/place to eat out.

My husband and I enjoyed a dinner in the greenhouses on the patio. It was a cozy and intimate setting, though we wished there had been some music to enhance the ambiance. Overall, it was a lovely experience. We ordered the pork belly, beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, horseradish-crusted salmon with sweet potato mash, along with salads and bread. The jalapeño honey mustard dressing was absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was wonderful, and all the dishes are shown in the pictures.
