"I discovered this restaurant while searching for places to eat, and I was amazed that they only operate during lunchtime yet manage to thrive. Once I arrived, I understood why. They open at 11 AM, and we got there right as they began serving, and the place filled up quickly. I ordered the pork belly burnt ends, which were incredibly tender and literally melted in my mouth. My colleague chose the ribs and pork belly and loved them too. The service was fast and friendly, but the dining area is small, especially in winter. If you plan to visit—which I highly recommend—be sure to get there early to secure a table."
