"We totally loved our complete fondue experience! We came here for our anniversary and loved everything about our dinner! The cheese fondue was delicious was expecting a bigger portion of the cheese though (for the price). The salads were really good and tasty. Their entrees were really good as well. And the cooking styles are tasty and innovative! Yin and yang chocolate was amazing. That was one of the highlights for my husband! Service and ambience was great. It's a great place for a special day! Loved it overall! Would highly recommend."

We were invited to a birthday luncheon. I hadn't been in a few years. I enjoyed the experience and so did my daughter. We had the three course meal. The servings were a nice size. Although it was a big party both waiters did an awesome job! View menu

Overall a great experience. The server seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of tables he was serving (usually the server refreshes wine glasses) and did mix up orders. But he was knowledgeable regarding gluten items and what needed to be substituted.

Love this place. Such a fun experience for a date night, a group of friends, or the entire family. Be warned, it's expensive but the food is oh so good. We had a group of 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids and he bill was right at $209 before tip for a 3 course meal. I highly recommend the bananas foster fondue for dessert!

that was one of the best restaurant experiences we had? we chose this place for a unique date night and surpassed the expectations. everything was so delicious; from fondue cheese dip, salads, meat desserts. our waitress olivia was very pleasant and put on her recommendations. that is now one of our favorites. many thanks again olivia for a spectacular experience.

Probably due to the economy the food quantity has dropped tremendously. Portions got smaller and less of it. I use to order the three course meal instead of the four, didn't realize they no longer offered a 3. Our waiter never said they didn't offer a 3 and charged me separate price per meal. 1. cheese fondue $24.00 2. salads $7.00ea 2. meals $29.00ea The bill was $103.00, $2.00 less then the 4 course meal. I felt cheated I've gone here twice a year for years, this was my last

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
