"We returned to town for a family gathering and knew we had to visit KBC again. We made a reservation for Friday night and were seated right on time. The drinks are exceptional, and you never feel shortchanged on the alcohol. I started with the cranberry spritz, which was light and refreshing, and finished with the blackberry tart that was perfectly balanced. For our appetizer, we ordered the yum yum shrimp wraps, featuring large, juicy shrimp that were batter-fried to perfection with well-seasoned corn starch. My husband enjoyed them so much that he joked he could have just eaten the fried batter! For our main courses, my husband chose the ribeye, Pittsburgh style, while I went with the salmon. Although the steak was slightly overcooked, the flavor was so delicious that we didn't mind. The salmon was moist and had a lovely crisp on the outside. Once again, we had a fantastic meal here, and our only complaint is that they’re not open on Sundays! Lol."
