"Hubby and I ordered ribs and were told it would be ½ hour. When they got there they were a lot of fat and gristle and had no smoked flavor or any other type of seasoning. We ordered the beans and cole slaw to go with. The beans tasted like canned pork beans with a little bbq meat thrown in. The cole slaw was a different recipe than we're used to- not bad, just different. The bbq sauce was sitting in the kitchen being pumped out of large jugs into small cups and was very thin. On this particular day, the air conditioner wasn't working and it was 88 degrees outside and the ceiling fans weren't able to do much to cool things down. When we got into the area to sit and wait for our food, the tables were ALL filthy. A man finally came out to clean them off, but went to a bunch of empty tables to clean them before ours. He took our paper towels to clean off tables and never brought them back so we had to get some off another table. All in all, not good food, bad service (with exception of the cashier) and the restaurant itself needs some maintenance issues addressed."
