"A disappointment. We ent with another couple to jointly celebrate anniversaries. We were seated near the bar which was loud as expected. There were many tables available in the dining room. Food was OK â¦..nothing special. Then Russell sprouts were excellent but them chicken dull and overcooked. The duck was great but a very small portion., We started out with a nice young waitress but had several servers along the way. Maybe we are old fashioned but whatever happened to service from one person? I think we counted 5 different people. One to take orders, one to serve drinks,one to bring food, one to take it away. All without interaction to speak of. We are local folks who will not recommend the Chart Room.spice up the food, change your waitperson policy, and that might be a good start."

Great ambiance- service was a little slow but it was busy and we are chill. No worries there. Food was good, smaller portions but delicious.

We waited 20 minutes after being sat then had to flag down a server just to order a drink. Then did not see the server again till our food came And the restaurant was not full.

It was rainy day so couldnât eat outside and waited for a table by window. Folks just sat there after paying fir at least thirty. Not the fault of Black Point Staff and we chose to wait . View menu

Iâll call next time instead of making reservations online to ask to be seated on the porch. Weâve been there several times and sat outside and the overall experience was better. But food and service and drinks were all good!

The Chart room is such an amazing spot to dine or to even grab a drink and sit on the Adirondack chairs with a gorgeous ocean view. Always great service, good variety of food and drinks. Canât beat it for summer outside dining in Maine.

We had a wonderful lunch that was GF without any fuse about it. Loved the salmon/rice bowl. We had 2 servers, one graciously turned us over to the other, unfortunately do not remember their names although they both introduced themselves. We will definitely return.

slow offhand service. Eating is okay more about the view. we had luck getting an outside table, although in full sun without umbrella. after lunch we enjoyed the cliff. I understand that people in the rule don't want to be rushed in a beautiful environment, but we were there all two hours!
