"I had the Po' Boy sandwich, which featured pork in a savory sauce with fried shrimp and all the toppings. I couldn't stop eating it, even though I was full; the flavors were just so satisfying. The potato salad was creamy and infused with dill, which was a nice and refreshing touch. Since we wanted to try more, we ordered the smoked honey margarita, which was divine, and the banana dessert, which was out of this world! It had smoked bananas, smoked honey ice cream, roasted pecans, and hot fudge—absolutely delicious! The bar staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from the Cajun menu and the brunch offerings, while my partner is eager for more meat options!"

That was the best barbecue I've ever had! I've tried brisket in Curly, Austin, San Antonio, and Luling, but the brisket here was exceptional! We even got a tour of the smoker! Thank you, The Switch!

The brisket and beef ribs were on point as usual. The only thing I wished they had was more green options for sides. Was a little disappointed they didn't have the same side items as the other location.

Took the family to The Switch it did NOT disappoint! Not only is the decor ambiance great, the servers are very friendly the food is AMAZING! My favorite was the gumbo! Of course my daughters favorite was the old fashioned big red float with pop rocks on top! Great food fun for the entire family!

Our family went yesterday and the atmosphere and food was great!!! I had the po-boy and it was delicious!! I got a different taste with every bite! I'm a lover of brisket so the fact that there were bites of brisket, shrimp, with a little kick every now and then was SO good!! We'll definitely be going back!!

We went to the new location in Dripping Springs and Absolutely loved it! We tried a little bit of everything and it was all amazing! The brisket was wonderful, the sausage was great and the ribs were tremendous! All the sides complimented everything perfectly! The full bar is a nice feature and my cocktail was very yummy! We will absolutely be back and we will be bringing friends!

This place is fantastic! The bratwurst was perfect, and the kids loved the turkey. My husband said it was the best brisket he's ever had. The gumbo was my favorite! We will definitely be regulars here! The drinks were excellent as well. The restaurant is beautifully designed and would be a great venue for an event in their "back room." The bar is lovely—it's somewhere I could definitely spend a lot of time!

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
