The best wings I had in Memphis since my life! The sauce was perfect and the man covers it. Not to mention, the wings were tender and cooked for perfection. Give them an attempt, you will not be disappointed!

I didn't eat my food. Walking in, the floor was very sticky. After standing on the carpet waiting to order, my feet stuck. I ordered (the man was very nice. Great customer service). While waiting for my food to be cooked, I saw 2 roaches on the walls. I got my food and left. I don't like confrontation so I didn't say anything.

Update your menu prices as one price shows online and then a different price is charged. The service is fairly quick as food is cooked when paid even for called in orders. The location is easy to find but traffic is hectic so be mindful of that. The clerk was friendly and helpful although they couldn't explain their price variances. View menu

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order the doors were locked and nobody was there. Google and the sign on their door both said they were open. I even tried calling the store and knocking on the door but nobody answered. I ordered through caviar and they had no problem refunding me but this was still a major inconvenience

I've had good and bad experiences with this company, but last night's $70 order cut the cake. My 20 piece whole wings (yes, $70 for 20 wings only and Doordash fee) were covered in feathers. Like, the chicken literally had a deep fried hairstyle on every single piece!!! This is so unsanitary and lazy! I will never order again!!!!! Oh, and I ordered lemon pepper and got regular fried chicken.

Ok yal know I am a hard cookie to please, but the wings are really good and a beautiful size of garlic parmesan and season wing was so good and boy You need to try the loaded Pommes it was good also this is a must to try my 3 kids enjoy it and the people are so cool the owner was there to welcome and talk to my husband great for a min to meet good people that your food and OMG the cookies to die for View menu

The hot wings were a little different than I used to 'with a slight touch of sweetness, but were very delicious with a great price. I called the wings and they were done in time. The Wing Factory is a rustic place and has TVs and seating. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to serve everyone. Most people ran their orders, but I decided to dive. It is self-serving drinks. I would have given this place a 5 star on the basis of the wings alone, but I used the bathroom and it could have been cleaner.

Been looking for a new hot wing place and decided to try this place. Dont know how long they have been at the 64 location but we won't return... A lack of customer service or even a hello upon entering and getting orders out in a timely manner..my 20min wait turned into an hour...Lemon pepper wings had too much lemon and the honey gold were cold and If I didn't know better I'd say they cut up one celery stick into 30 pieces for a 30 piece wing..Fries were fried deep brown..long story short would not recommend..

Hit or miss. Mediocre. Food border line room temperature upon receiving. Wings barely have sauce on them yet plenty of feathers. The lady who takes the order …very pleasant. Owner however, chauvinistic and egotistical seemingly prideful. I paid for a 30pc party wing with extra veggies also requested that the wings would be made fresh since they were not very hot “temperature wise” the first time I tried them. I decided to give them another go. Missing the extra veggies this time, I called to inform them of the error. Again lady very pleasant …owner on the other hand very rude. I wanted the money I paid for the veggies refunded and not 10% off of my next order because after trying them twice... View menu
