"We were collectively horrified by the harmful treatment of all staff: the two waitresses and owner. I was with my nephew and his wife who have frequented this restaurant on many occasions. At least five times he ordered the King filet mignon. In my 60 years i have ordered filers too many times to recount. What they brought to us was no larger than an 8 ounce. When i brought it up to our waitress she snapped at me and insisted that it was the 12 ounce. Then she said the steaks are determined by length and depth. I tried to reason with her by insisting that in my whole life, no restaurant justified the size of their steaks by this metric. At standstill, i recommended she weigh the steak. If it was 10 ounces (2 ounces less because of the o25% standard for loss of weight for cooking), i would concede my position. She refused. I then asked to speak to a manager. Instead she sent over another waitress. I said more or less the same thing in a calm but stern voice. She also snapped at me and repeated the same length and depth response. Frustrated, i asked her to take the steak bad to weigh it. She responded accused me of being inappropriately angry, grabbed the dish, and walked away. Then the owner/cook came out and asked what was the problem I went through the same questions and explanations. When i calmly asked now three times to settle the matter by weighing it, he said the steak will be removed from the bill and angrily and abruptly walked away. We left with my nephew not getting his meal. We left the restaurant feeling bullied. The bottom line was they tried to gaslight us into believing we were the problem while holding onto to the above mentioned ridiculous, manipulative and dishonest position regarding the steak. We left feeling bullied and a bit traumatized."

we eat excellent good food, a place has coworkers with excellent hospitality, each of them being very personal. if they have not tried casa capri, there is a reason why they are always fully booked. View menu

we are absolutely love casa capri! one of the best pizzas everywhere and do not forget the homemade pfeffer mix! all pasta dishes are amazing, especially the baked filled Rigatoni’sif, which they did not try, this. more

I never disappointed tonight with mushrooms in vodka sauce linguine. there was so much pasta that I brought 3/4 of my meal home. the prices are slightly higher, but the quality and quantity make for it. the service was great.

I've died and gone to heaven. Where do I start? Whiskey Sweet Old Fashioneds are on point. Scungilli and Calamari are truly phenomenal. FruttaDe Mare and Veal Marsala were delicious. Everything is authentic and portions are huge. Morgan was our server and very attentive

I hate giving mediocre reviews but I just wasn't impressed with this place. Went for Kenosha restaurant week and did the dinner for two. Food was okay. It all seemed rushed or quickly reheated with no love or pride put into the dishes. We had the pasta combo and the fettucini alfredo. The service was great and the waitress was attentive but I felt the food and value were lacking. Glad I got to try it, though I wouldn't rush out to go back.
