"Only good for ice cream. Do not be fooled, this place is a fantastic place for homemade ice cream, one of the only places that makes ice cream on site around, the previous owner of the former Maxmillians here taught them how to make excellent ice cream. The food, eh, sucks, to put it mildly. Sucks is possibly too kind, and I hate to give a negative review, but this is not my first time having a bad food experience here. I did just call there and am awaiting a return call from the manager, but, the Panini Isabella that my coworker got me today, was a soggy piece of pita with scarce and not accurate ingredients. The first two ingredients on the menu state basil and mozzarella, well, no basil here, and the mozzarella, which was not the kind I expected, it must have been some kind of prefab shredded type, appears to be melted into the pita bread on about maybe of the sandwich. My coworker's was the same. So disappointing and such bad false advertising. Like don't call it a Panini if it isn't, and don't advertise ingredients that are not going to be on it. For I mean, give me a break!!! It is a soggy pita folded over. I am just done... will still get ice cream but, the food and quality control (and cleanliness of the place overall) has just tanked!"

Some of the best ice cream in town! It has good prices, lots of variety, and is right next to a great park to walk around afterwards.

Worst customer service I ever had.I order two shakes one ores cookies and the other mint cookies and the two girls serving were very rude to me . After I told them I wanted sprinkles and wip cream they made an ugly face that they weren’t sure

love this place, the food’s good and the ice cream is wonderful (and made in-house! . My concern is that they are constantly having staffing issues. they seem to be chronically short-staffed and to have high turnover, which makes me wonder about management. obviously, lots of places are having staffing issues these days (yay labor! but 3 sisters seems to struggle more than other places nearby do.

Unfortunate. Rude from the moment we approached the counter. Banana Split lacked hit fudge, when taken back up (in the hopes of getting hot fudge), they first questioned (really then shrugged. About minutes later, they brought a small paper cup w/ some hot fudge. No apologies. These places are a dime a dozen, and Three Sisters staff have a reputation of being rude. Get your ice cream, coffees, sandwiches at any of the other dozens of places who serve with a smile. View menu

Stopped by tonight at 8:45. The lights were on, people were everywhere inside and outside the shop and the door was wide open. I walked in was told they were closed. I was bummed but left without fuss. I lingered because all kinds of people were walking in after me. I decided to double back and lo and behold people were being served ice cream. This upset me. I went back in and said “you told me you all were closed”… the response of “my manager told me we were closed” said with a tense face was unacceptable. Why the people behind me weren’t told no… well, who knows… but it felt aggressive to me. Wont go back. View menu

I was under the impression this place was fully vegan and I’m glad it’s not. There’s plenty of options. I came here for tea but got lunch too. I really like when places have ceramic cups. They also have all the sauces out and stuff for whatever you’d like. Like 5 different kinds of hot sauce and one kind of tiny packets of sriracha for to go stuff. Minimal parking depending on the time and day of the week. They’ve got one of those filtered water bottle refill things on the wall. One small restroom and like only one outlet in the whole place but there is free Wi-Fi. It seems to be pet friendly (someone had their dog with them and there’s like A dog water bowl there too)

I went to try this place on 10/18 at 740 pm before they closed at 8 pm. The girl at the front seemed friendly. I was told I could only try one flavour. Since I wanted caramel, I ordered the caramel chocolate waffle flavour. Not my favourite; the waffle part was paper tasting. There was one other table, and the two guys finished eating. The part that bothered me was that they walked by, and she offered them free ice cream to take home since they were closing anyways, and it was nice meeting them, but they just finished charging me. She sure looked awkward when I walked by after that. She can give free ice cream away to others, but not all. She would not let me sample other flavours but quickl...
