food was good!! service was alright, but I give 5 stars for the food. I got butter chicken, rice, the onion tomato mix and cilantro on the chicken!

This place is in the food court of Potomac Mills Outlet Mall. Their generous portions are very filling. Paneer Makani was rich and delicious with excellent fluffy naans. Very reasonable rates too.

According to Google, the restaurant is supposed to be open until 9pm, but when I arrived just after 7:30, they were already counting money and closed. This was very disappointing and showed poor business practices. View menu

I work in the mall my second time eating there, both times horrible service, I have never seen worst customer service than here, will never eat here again, sorry. They give whatever they want no what the order said is just one of the things, horrible.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! Despite being a generally bubbly and happy person, when I approached the cashier with questions about the menu, he rolled his eyes and seemed unpleased. However, the food made up for the disappointing service.

Ordered 15 Nan, 10 of them had charcoal stuck to the back. I know it’s possible that the clay oven is breaking but even so, the cook should check the back of each Nan and remove it before packing to be served to the customer. The butter chicken and garlic naan bread was really good! I liked the sides too. Customer service not so much. The cashier was squatting behind the counter. How are you going to provide any service by hiding? Whoever owns this is doing a disservice by hiring people like that. Good thing the food makes up for it.

Food was great! But As I approach the restaurant, the cashier goes to the back hiding. I then return few secs to order, cashier approaches me with rude manners while trying to order food. While ordering food the cashier keeps looking away while getting my food ready for me to pay. Overall food was spot on but the cashiers needs lesson how to attend new customers

Worst customer service. The Spanish guy (I am Hispanic so nothing against Hispanics) was pointing at things as if he or we were deaf. I asked if he could hear us because he had his earphones in both ears. He said I couldn't get chickpeas but then gave them to me and charged me $2.99 extra. I didn't care for any of the other sides as my 3rd so I actually paid more since they saved the 3rd side. I should have gotten at least a credit for the side I didn't get and maybe paid half for the chickpeas but again there was no communication and he acted as if we were botherig him.
