Tipsy Beans Cafe is a fantastic spot to enjoy a sit-down coffee and breakfast at a small, local business. With both indoor and outdoor seating, this cozy cafe is perfectly located near shops and other plazas. I would definitely go back again.

Absolutely a good choice for your breakfast. They have USB charge sockets if you sit by the bar. Menu can be derived by scanning Qcode staffs were friendly and service was prompt. Food volume was also very generous and delicious. Recommended!....

Cute and Cozy! Small tables in this hip cafe located within the City of Williamsburg and next to Movie Tavern. Get there early on a Sunday as they fill up quickly. Good food, beautiful plating as well. One of our favorite places to have breakfast or lunch. We have not tried dinner yet but the menu looks yummy. We absolutely adore this restaurant! Tipsy Beans always delivers. Whenever we are in town, we make sure to stop by. The food is delicious, the variety of coffee options is incredible, and the cocktails are spot on! And we can't forget about the exceptional service! Ashley is our favorite, but the whole staff is so warm and welcoming. You must give this place a try!

I wish Tipsy was in a larger location because they are phenomenal! I was blown away by the food, drinks, and service on my first visit, and I will definitely be returning. The service was exceptional, and we had a delicious brunch for a reasonable price of $10-20 per person. I highly recommend the Chicken Waffle dish. The atmosphere was also fantastic, earning a 5-star rating across the board.

Excellent experience, all the way around. I had the brisket recommended by our server and it was spectacular, especially the sweet potatoes. The only complaint is the wide coffee mugs do not hold heat...your best bet is to ask for your coffee in a to-go cup. If you want a leisurely breakfast, go early. We did not even get a chance to see what the hype was about, the lady at the counter was rude af and talking on her phone while she was supposed to be helping customers. When me and my family walked in there was another family standing waiting and when they got seated she told us in the nasty tone that we were unable to stand in the restaurant while we waited for our table. First of all shout out to the Manager! She was professional, courteous and ran a tight ship. Not an easy thing to do. Her staff was amazing! Now to the food. The shrimp and grits were delicious! Best I've had in years. The home fries...I dreamt about them later that night. The cooks deserve a raise!! Also, just to let you know, they are really busy during breakfast time. If you do not want to wait a long time I suggest going after 1 p.m as my husband and I did. At that point, It took only about 10-15 mins to be seated. I will most certainly be returning!! My mother, grandmother, and I visited the Tipsy Bean Cafe today and had a fantastic experience. Our server Ashley was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The menu was extensive with a variety of options, making it difficult to choose. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp and grits which reminded me of home (Alabama) when my grandmother used to cook breakfast. My mother and grandmother enjoyed their omelets as well. The highlight of our meal were the infused lattes, which were a fantastic addition and another reason for us to come back.
