"[ENG]This review and my experience is only something you can experiment in person and when I say that I think the owner was so nice. he heated my slices for me as I'd order from TooGoodToGo app on iOS. His staff was not very knowledgeable of the app but he was and this is why I said Owner. But he was nice and even box my slice as hot slice. I'll will like for anyone of of you to please try Tony's here I'm from Vancouver B.C and it was delicious and I want to say thank you to the staff and Owner for such respect service and I'll try to come again before I depart from nyc[FR]Cette critique et mon expérience ne sont que quelque chose que vous pouvez expérimenter en personne et quand je dis cela, je pense que le propriétaire était si gentil. il a chauffé mes tranches pour moi alors que je commandais depuis l'application TooGoodToGo sur iOS. Son personnel ne connaissait pas très bien l'application, mais il l'était et c'est pourquoi j'ai dit propriétaire. Mais il était gentil et a même emballé ma tranche comme tranche chaude. J'aimerai que l'un d'entre vous essaie s'il vous plaît Tony est ici Je viens de Vancouver en Colombie-Britannique et c'était délicieux et je tiens à remercier le personnel et le propriétaire pour un tel respect service et j'essaierai de revenir avant mon départ de New York"

The portion size was generous, the sauce was flavorful, and there was plenty of melted mozzarella cheese.

This restaurant is a neighborhood favorite. My favorite dishes are the Grandma Pie and the chicken parmesan dinner, which is plentiful and delicious, making it a great value. View menu

Best italian sub I’ve had maybe ever. Tight. Pizza obviously on point. Dough and sauce perfetto. Garlic bread and knots forget about it. Chicken soup? Wings? Place is on point.

Didn’t get a regular slice. Kinda came in at an odd hour, so maybe they just had the pie sitting there too long. Got the Sicilian and that was good. Staff was funny and cracking jokes

My company ordered from this place. So my Order Eggplant parmesan with vodka sauce.Never heard of eggplant parm with pasta. Anyway I got it. It's only 2 slices of eggplant and the rest is pasta. Either the oil in the sauce used or the breadcrumbs on the eggplant smell and taste rancid. View menu

Called to follow up on an online order that was over an 40 minutes late. Lady on the phone was extremely rude said its not their fault the time estimate is wrong. No one orders reading 20-30min deliver time and waits over an hour. Completely dishonest and I will never order from them again.Food: 1/5

Randomly being random, I saw a pizza spot. Walked in, checked out the menu. Checked google map reviews. Ordered a Grandpa slice-fresh mozzarella marinara and basil. Added extra sauce. Sat in my car and ate it. IT WAS DELICIOUS. The staff super cool and attentive. Great customer service. It’s an unassuming family restaurant that is well worth the visit. Please do!Vegetarian options: They had choices. More than one.Kid-friendliness: Family spot, say lessWheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free and cauliflower crust. Awesome.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
