"We had an excellent experience at Machi. The atmosphere was pleasant, simple, and clean, reminiscent of a beachside restaurant. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. Most importantly, the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The Pescado a La Veracruzana, Camarones a la Plancha, Campechana, and Ensalada de Mariscos were all delightful dishes. I would definitely return and highly recommend it! In my opinion, it's one of the best places in Nogales!"

"I was down in Nogales, AZ today and my business partner suggested we go check out this hole in rhe wall restaurant for lunch, and since he is from Nogales, how could I deny his request. It was one of the best suggestions I have ever been part of! You can't see the restaurant off the main road, so if you don't know it's there, you're gonna miss it. It's a Local favorite and an out of town FAVORITE! I tries the Shrimp Taco, Fish Taco, and Dorado Taco. TASTY!!! Food was fresh, the salsas were great, and the condiments were fresh as well. Authentic MEXICAN cuisine at it's finest. The place was clean, but small and I hear lunch hour gets packed! I can understand why. Lunch for 2 was around $24 including tip. They have an outside Patio as well, and the restrooms are outside and very clean. Highly Recommend : Please like review after viewing :"

"I had the second-best lasagna I've ever tasted. It was better than most! It was packed with meat and real ricotta cheese, along with delicious sauce. The noodles were thin and there were only two layers, which I really appreciated, unlike many places that skimp and use too many layers. I absolutely loved it!"

"Gave it this high because the manager covered the check. Chicken was way over cooked, sent it back second batch was better but small for the price. Wife's pancakes came after the she finished the rest of her meal. My drink was left empty for way too long. Willing to try again because of the manager. We have eaten there before and it was acceptable."

"To be honest, my experience was extremely uncomfortable. The manager is horrible, so is the staff !! extremely rude they gave me my order incorrectly after waiting in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes, and there was not a long line at all.There was only three cars behind me. Also, it seemed like they were on organized and everybody was running around like headlesschikens. As for the context of the situation, I asked them to give me my order correctly twice after they had giving it to meincorrectly not only was I waiting in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes, but I was given my order incorrectly twice.When I demanded my order to be given to me correctly they went ahead call the manager, and the manager started yelling at mesaying that he was not gonna give me my food that he was going to give me my money back, and I did not pay cash I paid card. Hedid ultimately refused to give me my food did not give me a receipt for my order and gave me $15 cash. I?m very disappointed,it is not the first incident that has happened in this location. There has been a handful of them, but this by far the mostuncomfortable service I have had. I will tell all my friends and family and everybody. I know to avoid that location at allcosts. It is not worth going there to get your food even if you?re on your lunch break. Horrible !! I will never go to a jack inthe box !"
