"We started with Gorgonzola-stuffed figs, which were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked, and the accompanying prosciutto was fresh, balancing wonderfully with the sweetness of the figs. This was undoubtedly the best small plate we've had in a long time. Next, we enjoyed the Burrata served on a chilled stone slate, which made for a stunning presentation. Henry presented us with a delightful array of treats. The creamy Burrata was sweet and mild, paired again with prosciutto, this time drizzled with honey. The dish also included grilled fresh focaccia and three generous portions of walnut pesto, fig jam, and balsamic glaze. This dish was more than enough for the two of us, and we had zero complaints. We would happily order both dishes again. We also tried several craft cocktails, including ripe blueberry lavender lemonade, vanilla sidecar, pear-secco, and the Jalapeño Ananas Margarita. Each cocktail was well crafted and uniquely flavored. Our standout favorites were the Chariots, even though none of us typically enjoy Courvoisier. It was exquisite and felt more like a dessert drink—definitely something to try after your meal. Throughout our visit, Henry was attentive and busy, providing excellent recommendations and attentive service. We will be sure to request him on our next visit since we’re eager to try the tuna tarts. We're grateful for our friends' suggestion to check out this gem. Take their advice and visit Revival; you won’t be disappointed!"
